I walked in just to try to find a new pair of New Balance shoes to replace my old, worn-out ones. I was not expecting to get phenomenal customer service. An associate named Eddie went above and beyond in helping me search and narrow down the right kind of shoes that I was looking for. He was very knowledgeable about which shoes would work best for how I walk and how the shoes would reduce the stress on my feet. He was not only knowledgeable, but he was diligent and patient in helping me come to the right pair of shoes that look and feel great! I highly recommend New Balance!

I recently tried to order some shoes from this store. An employee called to ensure they had the shoe and they did, and they said they would hold it for my order. However, now it says my order has been canceled due to them “not having the shoe” and I can only assume that an employee kept the shoe for themselves. Not very cool

I've been to this outlet before, and it's been great, but once I walked into this New Balance store, wow, it was nice. I wish I had pictures to show how great this place is. The staff were very nice. I got new shoes here and they were on sale, almost 20%, and it's a huge difference when buying shoes.

Brie! My goodness, this girlie was so very helpful in every way imaginable. The minute we walked into that store she knew so much about the NB shoe products. Her knowledge, her friendliness, her Emma Stone smile lol, just her as an individual made our visit very welcoming. Because of her and her honesty, we came back that same day to buy another set of shoes for our family. As Nike/Adidas owners, she really made us attracted to the New Balance products. Thank you Brie for being you and making that New Balance location a welcoming place to shop at.

Had a phenomenal experience with the store. Will, was particularly helpful and enthusiastic. The dude made sure we had every bit of information possible to make a decision! My girlfriend and I left with 4 pairs and will be coming back soon.

Walked in simply inquiring about some 9060’s and unfortunately they were out of stock. However Niko was incredibly helpful, offered to have them shipped to me. AND helped me pick out some shirts I wasn’t even planning on getting, to go with the new purple 9060 I ordered. 11/10 would refer anyone I know to Mr.Niko.

New Balance shoe store at San Marcos outlet, TX is arguably one of the best athletic shoes store that I’ve seen in the few years. The sale’s team is very enthusiastic and experienced. It creates an inviting and a delightful atmosphere which put the customers at ease. For anyone who enjoyed physical exercise, particularly power walking, jogging or is a “comfy athletic shoe devotee,” the New Balance store at Premier outlet in San Marcos, Texas is simply the best.
Every three months, when I go there for my athletic outfits shopping, I am enormously impressed by a salesperson, named Dawson. He is patient, courteous and meticulous. His unparalleled attention to details and work ethic readily permeates his team members.
He is the one who selected the “Moor” shoe style for me. So far, I have bought two pairs of them, they are both very comfortable. They are hands down the most awesome athletic shoes I have ever worn.
I strongly recommend “Dawson” as a salesperson to anybody who needs athletic footwear selection. Believe me, you won’t regret it, you will leave the store with a huge and a bright smile.

Great deals but limited selection in some larger sizes, especially for the more interesting shoes. Can be pretty crowded with families on the weekend making it a little tough to shop.

I went to the store looking for shoes and had a great experience! Ari quickly saw me trying to figure out what pair of shoes to get and she gave me her honest opinions. I told her what I was looking for in a shoe and she went and got ones she thought would be good and brought them to me. I didn’t find what I wanted in the store so I told her I would try to order some on Amazon and she told me we can order them for you and ship them to your house and it will be cheaper. That is what I ended up doing and I’m so happy I took that advice. If you need help finding shoes I would recommend going here.

i had the pleasure right before christmas to visit this store even though it was hectic alex & eddie still made the experience worth it and found time to help within the store and order me some shoes & ship to my home.
