Walked in inquiring about some NY 993’s and unfortunately they were not in stock. However Eddie was incredibly helpful, offered to have them shipped to me. The Flagship store in my home town did not even bother to do this. Eddie went above and beyond. Great experience! Thanks again.

Worst quality shoes they have.Not helpful staff.Just after 2 months,my shoes got destroyed.Ant it was not the promotional shoes.

Many of the shoes are half off the regular price, the staff are great. Best place to buy shoes around.

Got a good price from the manager on the phone drove from Austin to get it and they changed the price on me once I got there. Wouldn't budge to go back on what they originally offered. Don't like the bate and switch.

I came in looking for my second pair of New Balance shoes and Eddie went above and beyond. He spent a lot of time looking for the shoes I needed and was able to order them for me. Thank you so so much Eddie for helping me.

Great experience at the New Balance factory store today. I walked in and was greeted promptly but as I was looking around Michelle asked if I needed any additional help. She walked me over to where the 550’s were. There was only 1 color way on display which I didn’t really care for. She went in the back and found me 2 pairs of all white. Awesome!
Then she continued to assist me and ended up ordering me 4 more pairs of different colors that she had other stores ship right to my house. She took the time and was patient literally holding the tablet as I was scrolling through colors while keeping a fun conversation going.
I have been in this store multiple times and this was hands down the best experience I have had. I hope she is there every time I come back 10/10

The staffs were very nice and willing to support and help us finding the right shoes both front and back! My wife wanted to have a good pair of shoes for her work but her feet are small so it’s always hustling to find the good one but this time!
They gave us all the options they had for her and she was happy to find the one she likes!
I also got a pair of shoes that matched with hers as well!
Together we happily shopped here!
Keep up the good work and service as we appreciate it!

My wife and I went to look for a certain type of walking shoe for me. The store was very busy with customers but an employee named Abby quickly approached us, welcomed us and asked if she could help us look for any particular type of shoe. I showed her a picture of the type of walking shoe I was looking for.She said that they no longer carried that shoe and showed me what shoe replaced that model. Abby is very knowledgeable and quickly showed me different types of shoes which were good for walking. Abby was very friendly and didn't mind having to go to the back to bring me different size shoes to make sure I selected and was comfortable with my selection. At the end, they did not have the size I was looking for but she looked and found them online. I ended up ordering two pairs!! Abby took care of ordering the shoes for me and all the time had a smile. Abby is a great asset for your company and should be considered for team leader or management position!!!

Went in to the store today not sure what I was looking for exactly but I had a style and specific colors in mind. Becca came over to ask if we needed help and she help me look for a similar shoe to the ones I was looking at that I really liked for and for a very good price! She was very helpful/knowledgeable and willing to go out of her way to make sure I had a good experience and find exactly what I was looking for! 🫶🏻
