I was looking to buy new auto and home insurance. I was referred by a trusted friend to seek out Nationwide Insurance. However, the agent I was talking to never got back to me. She said she would call me back with a quote after I gave her all my information for my 2 cars and my house. After a week of waiting, I decided to bundle with PROGRESSIVE Insurance. Seems like Nationwide does not value new customers.

I was shopping around for my homeowner and auto insurance, I came cross Mahan Insurance service. Abby was the agent I was talking to. She was so knowledgeable, professional and so kind. I have to say she was the best insurance agent I had ever talked to. I was very impressed! Thank you for your help, Abby. :-)

Called here to ask a question about my insurance premium going up..she said the system was slow and would call me back to answer my question...well I'm still waiting on the call back and this was days ago... UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! It's all good bout to Drop you anyways!!!!! Jeepers Creepers!!!!!????
