Great group of guys, but do not talk to the lady that acts like she knows everything. She is sorta helpful, but can be rude and unprofessional. Was looking to buy an alternator recently, so after picking one, asked what kind of warranty it had - she sniped back, once you buy it, it's on you. I looked up and almost asked the other guy, is she always this nice to people? I could very easily walk over to three other auto parts stores next door and get better service and warranty. Hopefully, it's not all that bad with the store.

This place is for the hard core old school mechaniciking. As most NAPAs are. A place us OGs miss. Theres no BS sales pitch. Ask and they answer. Want it, buy it. Not for the kiddies of today that have to be explained the function of a tire gage. And the employees don't have to look up on the computer to find out what a spark does. I go there a lot!
