My toes came out sloppy. They couldn’t even match the shades I wanted. I wanted a soft pink and my tech couldn’t understand me. I painted a nail to show them the colors did not match at all that they showed me. I finally asked if I could get up and pick my own shade. It was embarrassing but I didn’t want to argue. The girl who did my manicure was so sweet and I loved her attitude but I asked for a certain shape and she couldn’t do it. So I asked if I could file them myself because I wanted my nails done right and I was already unhappy with my toes. I really don’t think I should have paid full price but I just wanted to get out of there. I was so excited to get my nails done and it was stressful instead of relaxing. First and last time. The nail colors were not even close to what I wanted but I guess they do not have soft pink even though they advertise it.

I get my nails done regularly by Mimi, she is amazing at shaping and doing French tips. I have gotten my nails done by her for 6 months and no one compares expect some of her colleagues like Q and Luca. I recommend them to everyone who compliments my nails. Definitely recommend!

I’ve had mimi do my nails for a couple months now. She’s absolutely amazing, will do any design you ask her to do. Everyone at the salon is super sweet and takes care of you. You won’t find a better salon in the area.
Requested style: i request crazy styles all the time and mimi is great to achieve them!

Came in super early one morning and used ClassPass to get a really great price manicure and pedicure. Staff was great and accommodating. Really great experience and would definitely consider coming back if I am in the area.

I hate writing bad reviews but I was denied service for asking price for my lash service. As a college student in a college town I have a limit budget and wanted to know.
The price is usually $120 and I was charged $140 (which I paid) the most recent time. I asked why was it so much and then denied my service and said I was “complaining”. However the owner is pretty nice but his lash tech isn’t…
