Shelbi designed a custom jumpsuit with a removable skirt for my wedding. When I started my journey of looking for what I wanted to wear to my wedding I really didn’t know what I wanted. I kept finding elements that I liked, but still didn’t have a clear vision. There really is not a good market for wedding jumpsuits that I could find, and I certainly couldn’t find one with an attachable skirt. Shelbi validated that what I wanted was possible, and designed the perfect outfit. I can’t imagine getting married in anything else! I would recommend her skills to anyone.

Shelbi revamped my mother’s dress to make it my own. She saw my vision and made it happen. She is a gem and such a skilled seamstress. I can’t say enough kind words about her and her practice.

Shelbi did amazing on my wedding dress alterations! I can't wait to wear my dress on the big day. She's very friendly and works great with your budget! She is doing my sisters (maid of honor) and mother of the bride alterations as well. I would definitely recommend.

Shelbi is amazing! She listens to what you need, and makes sure you are getting what you want. She doesn't rush at all, and was so sweet with our four appointments, when I ripped my dress during my wedding, she was more than happy to squeeze me in again in time for my second reception!

I came here on the recommendation of my MOH who also had Shelbi do her wedding gown alterations. Shelbi was great to work with! She did the alterations for my wedding gown and it fits like an absolute dream. She fixed every little thing I asked for, including a tear on the side that she hid with a lace flower from my train. You literally cannot tell where it was torn nor where she took the flower from. Her prices are great and she is just all-around professional and easy to talk to. I definitely recommend her for alterations or custom gowns! Thanks Shelbi!

Shelbi did the alterations on my wedding dress and was wonderful to work with. She did a great job in creating a bustle for my train and also helped to alter the bodice. She really listened and did a very professional job. She even helped me make a video to show my bridesmaids how to bustle my dress! I would recommend to anyone looking for alternations in the area.

Shelbi was AMAZING the sweetest human and really eased my stress about my dress fitting properly.. as a curvy girl the wedding industry is not always patient with you and she made me feel phenomenal. Any bride would be lucky to work with her!

Shelbi is a miracle worker! So I started my wedding dress search at a regular bridal salon and tried on quite a few dresses. However, due to the vintage theme and my specific and apparently unusual tastes, I had no luck. I wanted a dress with a fitted bodice, flowy comfortable skirt and flutter sleeves. I was hoping to find something that fit these parameters and had a vintage flair. After doing a ton of research, I came across Moonlight and Moss. I totally thought a custom dress would be out of my budget, but when I talked to Shelbi, I realized that a dress off the rack plus alterations would be about the same price as a custom gown! Amazing! So I met with her and brought a simple drawing of the dress I envisioned. She was so receptive and immediately found me 3-5 options of vintage-style lace for the bodice. Shortly after our meeting she also sent me her fashion magazine drawing of the dress and I knew she knew what I had in mind! We had maybe 5-7 meetings in the next 4-5 months, with a mock-up and tweaking and making sure that the dress fit exactly perfect and had all the little details right. I ended up with the dress of my dreams and it fit me like a glove! The final product was a dress with a fitted v-neck bodice covered in art deco lace, flutter sleeves that continued along the back line of the bodice, a gorgeous multi-layered chiffon skirt and a super convenient and subtle bustle. And a huge bonus, I made my own veil and Shelbi was so so helpful in helping me find the right kind of tulle and lace! It turned out amazing and I highly recommend Moonlight and Moss for your wedding dress needs.

Shelby is awesome! She did an amazing job with altering my dress! I have a bad shoulder and she spent so much time making sure it fit perfectly! I'm very self conscious about so it really boosted my confidence know my dress fit so perfectly! We also had to take in about 3" each side and you can not even tell!

I can’t even express how amazing Shelbi is! If you’re looking for alterations, don’t even continue looking. This is your girl. From start to finish, she’s been nothing but wonderful. Reasonable pricing and SO accommodating. I’ve never had a service done and left wanting to be their best friend until working with Shelbi. Wedding planning is hard enough as it is, go with Moonlight and Moss and I promise it will be easiest part of the whole process. I’d give her a billion stars if it was an option.

Shelbi was recommended to me by my wedding planner and I am SO incredibly pleased with my experience. In addition to alterations, Shelbi designs & creates her own wedding dresses! So, she definitely knows what she is doing! I was very, very impressed with her work. The biggest alteration that I needed in my dress was some additional support in the chest region. My “ladies” are definitely not dainty and my dress’ deep V and lacy bodice was going to make bra shopping very difficult. Shelbi was able to sew in cups and boning flawlessly and my chest was perky, secure, and comfortable with no actual bra! Excellent work and very, very fair/reasonable pricing!! <3
