“I don't like going into this location. the employees are almost always rude to me. They usually treat me like I'm stupid for asking for their help. I don't work for AT&T, I don't understand their system and I need their help from time to time. Today I was very pleased with the service. I had a young man named Douglas help me today. He was kind, courteous and helped me with my issue in less than 5 minutes. every other time I've been there I've felt like they didn't want me there if I wasn't buying something. AT&T is not the cheapest. For $100 a month I don't think asking for 5 minutes for customer service is asking too much. If more of their employees were like Douglas, I would shop there when I need a new phone or accessories.”

Isles are mostly stocked but only when shopping mid week. We specifically make our day shopping and each time a request for hot dogs, staff simply state they're out or "it will take 20mins" Even when we've offered to return and still purchase (3) hot dogs, popcorn and drinks staff express annoyance. No friendly ness from many except cashiers that we feel forced to converse”
