Great experience! They’re local, extremely knowledgable & quick!! Tin was more than helpful & informed me of all my options. He offered his recommendations on what I should do about repairing or replacing my phone. I went with… repairing the charging port. It only took a couple hours & I had my phone back in my hands!

I went in to get my screen fixed and they were very transparent in telling me the issues and cost. Done in less than an hour, incredibly nice customer service, and great repair job! Would definitely recommend?

This is the one and only spot to get your electronics fixed. I had gone to a different store in San Marcos to fix my cracked screen. My phones touch screen was no longer working after they “fixed” my screen. I decided to take it to Mobile Phone Geeks and this was the best decision I could have made. Great costumer service he had my phone completely fixed in a hour. He also gave me a free screen protector for the trouble I went through with the other place.

Tin was so friendly & knowledgeable, I highly recommend taking your electronics to this shop, they are AMAZING!!! Had me fixed in no time & at a very reasonable cost. Love these guys!!!!!

Do not get your screen repaired here. They will use a non apple approved screen and it won't work correctly after that. Paid over $200 when my LCD light went out to fix it. The guy is nice but the work is terrible. Save your phone for another store or getting a new phone. So disappointing.

I went to AT&T because my iPhone 14 wouldn’t charge and I was going to pay $275 in insurance to replace my phone. I remembered Mobile Geeks on the square and came to see if they could help me. The guy was so nice right off the bat and looked in the charger port, let me know they offer one free cleaning a year, took it to the back and came back within seconds and said he got a piece out that was stuck in there. It was working again and completely free!! Great business and customer service.

Went in and spoke to Tin about a battery replacement for an outdated iPhone and to my surprise he said it would only take a few hours. Price was great and the turnaround was quick. Thanks Tin! I really appreciate it and thank you for adjusting the vibrate while you were in there as well. I’ll send anyone that needs service to y’all.

Do not recommend coming here unless you want to leave disappointed, I got my sons iPad fixed the screen was fully cracked & I noticed the screen was put on crooked so now he can’t use the camera because half of it is covered by the new screen and within a week the home button stopped working. So just save yourself some time and pay more for a better service else where.

I don't usually post, UNLESS, the merchant really provides an outstanding service.
I had a samsung S6 and NO ONE wanted to do service to retrieve information from it, information that to me, had emotional and professional value.
Mobile Phone Geeks, WITHOUT hesitation, said "they got me", and we serviced it to just do that, retrieve the info.

If you're a college student on a budget this is THE place to go! Tin was very helpful and considerate when discussing the pricing on repairing my screen and LCD. These guys also did an excellent job repairing my phone quickly. In just two hours my phone is good as new, very helpful for a broke, busy college student!
