First off let me say….I read the negative reviews about this location and I still decided to give it a shot. I walked in and was not greeted by anyone not a smile, a wave, welcome to Michael Kors nothing….I proceeded to walk around and passed several employees in the process, all whom proceeded to act like they were not aware there were customers in the building. I found a wallet and took it to the checkout only to be standing there for 10 minutes, I stopped one employee coming from the back and asked her if there was a cashier available and she says oh yea let me call somebody and continues walking away! So another 10 minutes later here comes the cashier and she asks if anybody helped me? Now why are we asking people that question knowing good and well our employees are not implementing customer service basics like a simple greeting? I told her no I was not helped and then proceeded to ask for a manager and let them know that behavior is unacceptable. I think it’s safe to say I will not be back to that location!

The manager Cecilia was BEYOND amazing and accommodating. I brought in a watch to add links from the website(the forgot to include the pins) and she worked non-stop to find the correct pins for me!And the Alex walked me through the entire store to find the perfect bag for my birthday. I will be back just for the customer service!

Good deals, helpful staff, still expensive though and I did not fall in love with any of the styles. Still ended up buying a purse and wallet but I haven't put them to use

I give it 3 stars because I didn't like the way the guy who charged us treated us.When you have a customer contact job you have to learn to be friendly. If the manager reads this, please train your staff to treat the customer well so they come back ?♀️ I will think about it before coming back ?

Leah Martinez was extremely helpful and went out of her way to help me. I do not live in Texas I live in Florida and I called the store where I spoke with Leah to order a pair of shoes that they only had in stock. She went above and beyond to help me since they only had one pair left. She even went to the extent of helping me find someone with the same size to see if they fit true to size since this was the only one they had left. I have never had anyone put so much effort into helping a customer especially one over the phone in another state.

The store manager named Kyla is offensive, rude we bought quite a bit while we waited for another friend who was paying
She told us that we couldn't wait for her there, that they were getting in the way of the things we bought, that we had to leave the store, that we couldn't wait there.
It was just me with my purchases from the same store and I was on a shore without getting in the way
