Rude and not helpful customer service. May as well go to the big box stores.

McCoy's is my favorite store when it comes to customer service. The special greeting I get from the counter every time I walk through the door makes my day, oh, and yet the loading service is the best.

Wonderful experience there! Prices are good and they have people help you load your wood (unlike some home improvement stores we know).
