I came here to shop with an almost dead iPhone, literally was on like 7% left.
I accidentally left my phone in my cart and when I got to my car realized this, I came right back in immediately and my phone wasn’t there. I had no way to call it or anything to make it ring. I talked to my cashier and the supposed manager, some guy with glasses and he said if it came up he would call.
This was absurd because where could it have gone between me going to and from my car to put my bags up? The manager was acting iffy and so was my cashier. It was literally 10 till closing time so I just left. I called the next day and supposedly no one had it. I went in to go off and all of sudden the same manager who told me he would call, “had” my phone. Supposedly a customer turned it in same day. Within 10 mins to closing?? No way. He never even called me though and the Crazy thing is when I got my phone bk it was on like 98%. Bum just tried to see if he could keep it!!!

I've been a loyal customer at Marshall for a while now. The store itself is impeccably organized, with a diverse selection that caters to various needs. Whether you're looking for fashion, home goods, or electronics, Marshall has it all. The clean and inviting atmosphere adds to the overall shopping experience. I couldn't be more pleased with the exceptional service provided by Ms. Linda. Ms. Linda's warm and attentive approach has made each visit memorable. Her product knowledge iscommendable, and her willingness to go the extra mile to assist customers sets Marshall apart. It's evident that the staff takes pride in maintaining high standards. I love to shop here, I can always find something here, whether it's for myself or a gift for someone else. I go straight to the handbags because they have such a huge selection to choose from. I also love all of their beautiful make up bags to pj's and robes. During the holidays the have the best Easter/ Halloween/ Christmas decorations. This literally is one of my go to shopping places close to home. Thank you Marshall's

If I could give negative stars I would. I have shopped here for 17+ years and had a horrendous experience with an associate named Linda at the front register. She was absolutely rude and unprofessional. Extremely poor customer service if you want to be treated like you do not matter this is the store for you. Not even Ross has such atrocious customer service. I left here highly upset and displeased with my visit because of Linda. On top of that, as I was shopping another associate moved all my things while I was looking around I have never encountered such low customer service and class. Management really needs to train these associates better.
