PLEASE DON'T BRING YOUR LOVED ONES HERE The staff keeps themselves locked behind doors during the week, there's nobody here sanitizing anything, there has already been up to at LEAST 8 Covid cases at one time here with two deaths. The management has decided that it's ok to open up the activity center for parties and gatherings and many occupants don't wear masks when they gather down there. The rent keeps getting higher and higher, and my grandparents are too tired to move and it's extremely unfair. They aren't even told by management when their neighbors get sick with Covid, they have to report it to eachother themselves. This is a home filled with high risk people and they are doing nothing to combat the spread of this virus.

We moved in March 26th and have been very pleased with everyone and everything that is available to us. The complex is very well maintained and clean and the residents are so friendly.

I cannot say enough good things about Mariposa. We moved my father in there after a stroke left him handicapped, and were incredibly nervous to leave him living on his own for the first time. The staff REALLY cares about their residents. The maintenance team (Jose & Shaun) check in on him regularly, and go above and beyond to ensure that he is comfortable. The front office team are incredible as well - shout out to Suki. They do all that they can do make sure that everything is taken care of and that he has everything he needs. Everyone that works there is so nice, has a great attitude, and really, genuinely cares about their residents. They host activities - movie nights, game nights, lunches, etc. for the residents. The apartments are very clean, nice, and well kept, as are the public areas. Highly recommended.

I am thankful I am moving! This should be labeled a Nursing Facility. The office management has tried to stop what few activities remain. Lazy, Money hungry, and Worthless are their ONLY qualities. The owner needs to STOP listening to his advisers and office staff and get down here to see for himself what is going on. When it floods carpet is dried only-not replaced so you know mold is growing underneath. Maintenance staff are overworked, underpaid and beginning to not even care if work is done well or right. New flooring HA if you pay for it. If something goes out (light bulbs, batteries for smoke detector, etc..be ready to provide them yourself. Hallways are starting to smell. Air conditioning is ONLY turned on and at a lower temperature IF a resident notices and asks if its broken or something. Save your money and DO NOT move into this money pit. Oh and if you try to contact the owner they will not give you his number. Go over their heads and contact him anyway!!! Yes, this place has gotten worse since 2013. Deteriorating Rapidly. Fixed income occupants means nothing to them they are hiking the rent like crazy around here. Hint: No apartment here is worth $880-$1,000 a month.

Beautiful property and so well maintained landscaping. Great courtyard with beautiful swimming pool. We moved my mother in 2 weeks ago and she absolutely loves it. Great programs for seniors and the staff goes above and beyond! The wait is worth it!

Here we go again ! The Mariposa management (?) has struck again. Folks, I was a manager for a large company for many years . Had I done things this idiotic I wouldn't have lasted any time much less retired there with almost 37 years of service. In my review I stated my friend had received a letter and bill demanding recompense for so called damages to the apartment she had just vacated. They threatened to turn the account over to a collection agency if she did not reimburse them by a certain date. Basically she has ignored them as her conscience is clear, did no damage to the apartment and she does not feel she owes the outrageous sums . Today she received a new letter. Amazingly, the figures have changed for the cost of replacing blinds( even the number of blinds replaced ) the carpet and the paint, etc , They must not read their own letters ! They are now offering to discount the cost to approximately half the original amount if she agrees to pay it by August 2nd. At that time they say , again, they will turn it over to a collection agency. Oh my, these people need some hard training in customer relations and SIMPLE math. The owners of this business need to go on Undercover Boss !
