I truly love this place and wish every town had a shop like it. It feels great to know I’m buying quality products without the guilt of all the packaging waste. Added bonus- the folks who run it have been only helpful and friendly every time I’ve visited.

I went in for the first time on a Friday & got 15% off for bringing in my own bottle! This is such a cool shop and is pretty cost effective and convenient. You can bring in your own spray/soap/dispenser bottle straight from your home and there are a good handful of scent options for most of the products. The kind woman who helped me out was so knowledgeable and gave me tons of stuff to test out. Highly recommend!

LOVE this place! They have the best eco friendly products and Amanda is so helpful, patient, & sweet! She answered my millions of questions and gives great suggestions! We drove all the way from Houston to come here, even if there are refill stores in Houston, the friendliness of the people here are unmatched!

had high hopes for this place but I just don't think that zero-waste will ever be competitive unless this type of store starts providing cheap basics that are more cost-effective than the supermarket. Great place to go if you are looking for boutique soaps and lotions, but almost every product has lots of essential oils and is very upscale.

We absolutely love the people and products at Truly Pure. This is all for a truly noble cause as well.The laundry soap is a lot more sensitive on our kid's skin and we have noticed less rashes since using it.We also love the bath bombs, muscle rub, and stank be gone ?

A little bit bougie,, a little bit hippie, this feels like the kind of green option you’d find in Taos or the PNW, right here in San Marcos. So grateful to have access to this alternative to the “plastic cycle.” Products are eco friendly, affordable and self care stuff is spa-quality. My new favorite store in San Marcos. There should be one in EVERY town!

This place is so fun and so cool. You can bring your own bottles or use the ones folks bring there to refill on anything from laundry soap to face masks. Also, check out there locally made lip balms, etc.

I love this place! The owners are always friendly and helpful. There is a large noticable difference in the quality of the products versus mainstream drug store brands. My skin/hair is softer, I use much less plastic, and I am able to give money directly back to my local community!

Not only are their products great, but those who work there are always friendly and helpful! Remembered us from our last visit ready with a suggestion for dog soap (which made our dog SOO soft without any irritation).
