Me and my boyfriend visited the Lucky Brand Outlet store in San Marcos, Tx. Priscilla and Franchesca helped us. They were AMAZING! It's hard to find good customer service now days and these two ladies went above and beyond. 12/10 will recommend.

The register girl with brown hair and glasses was chatting with another employee about Instagram as I stood next to them with a handful of jeans. I was standing there for a solid 2 minutes looking around and wondering when someone was going to help me out. I wanted to exchange three pairs of jeans because I ordered the wrong length online. But after being completely ignored at the store I just said I wanted to return them. I ended up going to Levi's which was 5 minutes away and got four pairs of jeans for $50 less than the lucky brand. I can see why the San Antonio locations shut down and it's probably because of the horrible customer service. I literally drove an hour to get to this location only to be ignored by someone who clearly doesn't care about their job.

Do not go to this store. You can buy Lucky Brand online and on Amazon and not have to endure the rude people that work here. My daughter and I went in the store and about 4 sales people were there talking in a group and cussing. They did not acknowledge us. I tried on a top and was about to go purchase it and they were so rude so we left. They did not care. They must be paid well!

The two people working today at the San Marcos Lucky Brand location are the worst retail staff I have come across in my world travels. I am a frequent shopper at a Lucky Brand locations across the USA and usually staff will greet customers and be happy to assist. The staff at this location totally ignored the customers and where annoyed when asked for assistance.I reluctantly purchased several items only to have the one staff member yank the coat hangers through the necks damaging the buttons on two of the shirts.I know it’s hard to find staff these days but surely you can find staff who care just a little about customer service?

Customer sevice not good. Out of the 3 people working at the store no one said hi or asked if we needed help. Came out of the dressing room to see them glaring at me and then proceeded to ignore me and start complaining about how much stock they have to go through in the back. Was gonna buy 3 blouses but I'm going take to my business elsewhere where I won't be judged and they have friendly attitudes. Btw it was only me and my partner in the store at the time.
