When you are dealing with a death, the best support from a funeral home you can receive is respect. dignity, and honesty. Kenneth Villazenor provides neither nor does his "staff"; a woman behind a pane of glass, probably getting paid minimum wage, who is also just as incompetent enough to pick up the phone and read through a sheet of call-center-support-responses to leave you hanging on, will have you gagging at her responses.Kenneth…gladly taking your coins.Go. Somewhere. Else.Based on other reviews, we should commemorate our loss, and we'd all be better at it

Absolutely THE WORST SERVICE, no compassion, no remorse for any and ALL grieving at our service for my beloved Father n Law.If you do not want to be there, don't WORK THERE.For the amount of money paid, this made the whole grieving process much MUCH worse.If you want to enjoy your last day with your loved one, please do NOT come here.

This place is by far the worst!! The staff was super rude, the service was bad!!! I will definitely look else where, in a time of grieving, the staff is absolutely rude and had us on a time schedule, is this time you don’t put a time limit , this place was not welcoming , they were fast to ask for payment. The worst !!!

Could not be happier with them. Ken and Nancy were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure everything went as smooth as possible. I cant say enough good things about them. THANK YOU!

We had pre-planned my mother's funeral we wanted it to be beautiful but it did not go anywhere close to what we planned! 1st. they couldn't get our music (for Rosary) to work, we were told music had to be a certain format (this should have been mentioned during our meeting) either way my daughter said she had it in the format they wanted but then we are told that format isn't working right now! 2nd. The time we were told we would be leaving to the church as we (the family) starts preparing we are told Kenneth went to wash the hearse, it was there when we arrived why couldn't it be done earlier. 3rd as we are preparing to say our last good bye to our mother Kenneth gives us instructions on the procession and mentions no police escort (we were shocked because as we planned and had paid for it), as my sister goes to talk to secretary she states we did not pay for it my sister explains we did and walks away. At this time some of our family members can hear Kenneth speaking loudly saying to his secretary these people didn't pay for police escort etc...somehow we got last minute police escort with some constables! 4th We didn't get the family limo due to covid, understandable but why continue to charge us for it! After the funeral service my sisters went to speak to Kenneth and his secretary, the secretary states oh we did have the police escort for y'all and it was free because they were the county,Kenneth even took them to lunch, okay but why did you charge us!! By this time they are coming up with excuses because they know we are upset about the service we received!!! The worst part is we were already hurting for the loss of our mother and to deal with all this just made it worse! The Rodriguez Family

Everyone was very kind and helpful, I was faced with a difficult time when I lost my mother but the funeral director and the office manager both were comforting and carrying. Thank you!

Very unhappy with this Funeral Home. We had services for our Beloved Felix Antomas Monday 8-19-19. We couldn't show his pictures on the Tv because their equipment didn't work. Then at the end Kenneth was rude to our family rushing them out of there and just being plain rude!!! Here's the kicker... We had 6 pallbearers and the van to take Felix to the creamatory wasn't there yet so Kenneth rushed us all out had us all let our boutineer in the coffin with him and had us leave. We didn't get to carry Felix Antomas out to the van to load him up. They stole that moment from us and will never ever get that back!!! I do not recommend anyone have their loved one go to this funeral home!!! Kenneth you are terrible and YOU TALK TOO MUCH!!!!! I hope you and Nancy see this!!!!!!

The most unprofessional funeral business I've ever had to deal with. The woman calling herself an office manager was not only rude and obnoxious but also hung up the telephone on me three times. What a disgraceful way to treat people dealing with the loss and care of a loved one's last wishes!
