Came to the store at 6:35 PM to make it before store closes. When I arrived I found this sign posted I'll be back in 5 minutes and it's now 6:45pm. This is very unprofessional business.

Employees are rude as hell. It NEVER fails everytime I get milk or juice for my son from there it ALWAYS goes bad before it even expires. I've called and complained multiple times and keep getting the run around. Do they not understand we only get so much WIC items in a month that we can't go without because they aren't willing to replace them. GET YOUR FRIDGE CHECKED OR STOP GETTING PRODUCT FROM THAT VENDOR IF ITS ON THEM. I know it's easy for some to say to just stop going to them and go to HEB. I don't have a vehicle so this location is convenient to walk to.

Very rude both times I went in . They do have their favorites though. Mainly I guess the ones that speak Spanish . One lady was helping me then someone she knew walked in and she asked me what else I wanted and as I was about to answer so started checking out items for what I’m assuming is a “usual” customer .. and even though I was there first I got checked out last and was made to wait . I just moved here from San Antonio and the products available are different and she seemed irritated at my questions and asking what items I could get. That was really rude to make me wait when she had already been checking me out . Making me wait till she was done and then even rolling her eyes when I said something . This happened April7,2033.

I’m giving this place a one star becauseThe staff is very rude last time I went there for baby formula they didn’t have any because there own employee took the formula I needed which is very unprofessional because they put employees before customers.

It's the perfect store if you need to get in and out because of a crying infant. No waiting, perfect WIC items, and you don't have to run around any store to get ur items.
