My experience at the Lacoste store was absolutely dreadful. The behavior of the staff was not just disheartening but downright racially discriminatory. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that I was treated differently because of my race. The salespeople ignored me, made snide comments, and provided terrible customer service. It was a deeply unpleasant and offensive encounter, and I would strongly advise against shopping at this store if you value respectful and non-discriminatory treatment.To make matters even worse, when I asked to speak to the manager in hopes of addressing the discriminatory behavior of the sales associate, the manager's response was equally shocking. Instead of addressing the issue and taking appropriate action, the manager came in and openly supported the sales associate for her disgraceful behavior. This complete lack of accountability and the endorsement of such discrimination by the store's management only further cemented my negative impression of Lacoste. It was an utterly disappointing and unacceptable experience that I will not soon forget.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Lacoste store recently. The staff and manager displayed outright disrespect, racism, and unprofessionalism during my visit. Not only were they rude, but they also made derogatory remarks, which is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, they even had the audacity to ask us to clean the trash in the fitting room, which is beyond inappropriate for a retail environment. I felt humiliated and disrespected throughout my time there. I strongly advise against visiting this Lacoste store if you expect even basic courtesy and respect from the staff. It's crucial that businesses maintain a welcoming and inclusive environment for all customers, and this store failed miserably in that regard.

Worst services!!!I was a frequenter customer of this location and today they lost as client let me beganI was picking up some Christmas items and I found some good deals with the sticker on it marking it to another price. I go to check out and the “MANAGER” (young female afro hair) takes the sticker off infront of my face and says “these aren’t these prices” when clearly they are marked at that price, then says they are only half off when CLEARLY they were the price on the sticker. Then another “MANAGER” proceeded to tell me “you aren’t special, why should I make the prices for just you” omg that made me laugh. It’s not even the price that upset me, It’s the fact that people like them don’t know how to run a store, nore be responsible enough to have the right prices and the fact that they (female with Afro, female with shoulder short blonde hair) made me feel like less. Definitely going to contact corporate.One of the worst experience I had so far.

the worst customer service, they do not respect the prices they set, they discriminate against you and take an ugly attitude for not speaking English well, they spoke to the manager and she only came to continue with her insults and bad attitude!!!

As this store being Lacoste. I thought to myself, I'm gonna go shopping and buy me another bottle of cologne (My favorite). Well, I walked into the store and didn't see any so i asked a sales person "where is your cologne" and I got the most deer eyed stare I had ever seen. She said "cologne?" I said yes cologne. She looked at me like "what cologne" And there you go, Lacoste stores do not sell cologne. Disapointed.

Terrible customer service. Worker in line acknowledged me but allowed someone to cut in line. I was the only one in line. Security guard was there but was too busy on Candy Crush. Seriously. Last time, I'll go to this store
