Wow. the knowledge of the instructors is amazing. I never knew that karate could be so in depth. I mean really in depth. Self defense, pressure point, proper way to kick and punch without hurting your body, and most of all joint locking. I am having a blast. The age groups were across the board too from children to young adults to 60 and 70 year olds. Wow.
