We went to grab a few items for my daughter and two employees were extremely rude to her when she asked for a size in one item and then asked what the closest bathroom was. My daughter is 9! No one is helpful and seem to not want to be asked questions. They converse with one another but do not want to talk to customers. I was waiting to check out and another employee came and did not say a word to us, just ignored us pretty much. Extremely uncomfortable environment. Would not go back and give my business to this place.

So this J. Crew sucks! We were there this evening, and no one was helpful, and apparently didn't want to be bothered. We walked out and spent our money elsewhere. Get a clue J. Crew?

Wow, what great service! I went in with an exchange after we had washed the jeans and realized there was a tiny hole in the front. The sales associate Makenna helped me through the whole process and when they didn't have the size I needed in store anymore was able to order it online and have it shipped to me. Very professional, quick, and upbeat service! Thank you for making my day a bit easier!
