Hopeless. It took them more than two months to file my taxes. I had to pester them to get any kind of response. When they were finally ready to file, I still couldn’t sign because they were closed. I drove over multiple times when the sign in their window said they’d be open only to find the place locked up. No one would answer a call. Messages to their system were not responded to. Using H&R has slowed me down and added to my stress and frustration - the opposite of what should have happened. And it’s still not done! Never again.

Completely rude front dest M franks .I tried to walk in and make an opponent but her phone conversation has her talk to me like I was a child I reintroduce my self and ask again to set a date to file completely ignored.she set a date I show up it was cancelled I redo the steps again ask for her name and why I was not contacted...what happened to this location use to be so good.

After my not so impressive experience with another H&R block closer to me last year I was hesitant on using H&R block again but decoded to try another branch as I have always had a good experience with H&R Block in 3 different states. I am glad I chose to try the Branck in San Marcos. They were all friendly and pleasant to work with. Susan was able to answer my questions right off the bat and apply it to my Taxes. I will definitely go back next year to them.
