Very rude! Went in everything is stating walk ins welcome and the lady said appointments only in a very rude tone. Will never try to go there again. Especially since it was my first time,that sets a tone.

Nails turned out fine, on top. Underneath was a mess and had to fix them myself. The man was nice, but I did see a woman be turned away from a walk-in by saying "appointment only," but I was a walk-in as well. This was a second choice to proximity, and I'm usually not picky with my nails and nail salons, but yikes

0/5 if I could. This nail salon is extremely Racist!! I was told to wait in my car due to them being understaffed and had to wait 40mins. I decided to stay and wait, 30mins later at 5:06 I opened my car door to see the lady fast walking to lock the door. Out of embarrassment I called from inside my car, and no answer. After approaching the door she came and said they don't take people past 5pm, although online and posted it says 6pm! Her and the gentleman couldn't give me an answer to why she had the audacity to have me wait.

I wasn't expecting much going here because of the reviews but I called around 3:30 on a Thursday and got in immediately. I was the only one there. I asked for square white acrylic full set. The guy working spent a long time focusing on shaping my nails and filing. He took his time and did not rush. However even with all the filing and shaping my nails were still extremely thick. They don't look terrible but they aren't great. I don't think he meant to do them bad they are just his way of shaping. The nail color isn't bad at all just some minor imperfections. However they were very inexpensive. $45 for a full set and gel polish.
