“I’m from out of town but everytime I go the San Antonio / New Braunfels area it’s a must to stop . Let me 1st tell you about their customer service, Tanner is usually the one who always helps he’s got this welcoming feel and knowledgeable with pieces as well . Yesterday Renee helped me add a velvet green piece for a sitting area next to my stairs while we wait for our uber … I know don’t judge sounds funny but true . Anyway I can’t stop looking at that area I love love it definitely an improvement from what I had there . The vignette is literally all from west elm outlet , all these pieces together makes such a beautiful statement as you walk in . “Ross has always been a go-to for me. I find great deals on clothing, home decor, shoes, and toys. Pretty much everything you need you can find here for your home. The staff are friendly and are constantly stocking new items. I love that there is always something different each time I go, which is a great surprise!The staff work hard, especially during holiday seasons trying to keep up with stocking and keeping the store organized. It can be difficult due to many customers not cleaning up after themselves or their children. But overall I would definitely recommend Ross because you will find some great deals on name brands! “Have wanted to go to the store since it has opened and finally made it. They have an amazing selection of items that are well organized. It would be helpful if you went there knowing what you were looking for. I didn’t have any issue with the quantity or quality of goods but rather the prices. It’s definitely a better deal than the store but nothing that feels like you are really saving tons of money. Worth the drive to check out the huge warehouse.”
