The fact that this store is fast fashion makes it a one star anyways, but my boyfriend and I walk in and we were not greeted, but told that they close in ten minutes by a girl with a rude demeanor and a stank face. You can keep your clothes biatch. Not to mention, online it says store hours are open until 9, and it’s 7:45. Maybe update your hours and don’t be rude??

Rude store employees. Came here just to find khaki pants for my job and just because I came out to find a different size I had an employee yell across the store towards me. I was trying to find my size and the employee yells loudly “ if it’s not there we are sold out!!” Then goes back to chit chatting with their co worker. Which was super rude and unwarranted. Like I only went to the fitting room once and since I couldn’t find my size I just left but get yelled at on my way out. Didn’t even get asked if I needed help which I think would have been more a reasonable response. Definitely won’t be coming back other h&ms I’ve been to have way nicer people even being ignored would have been better than this.

Every time we come here, they got rid of more 9-13yr old girls section. This was the only store my 11 yr old daughter liked but now theres nothing. The clothes they do have for her age are babyish and pink
