Amazing experience. My now fiancé went there to pick out the post amazing engagement ring with the help of the assistant manager Emilyse H. After I got engaged, my fiancé told me about the best customer service from Helzberg after looking at multiple other jewelry stores. We had to go back to get the ring resized and she helped us with that and reassured us. We also looked at wedding bands and she was able to create a “wish list” so when it’s time, everything is all set. Highly highly recommend Helzberg and ask for Emilyse!!!!

I was an absolute ball of anxiety in searching for the perfect engagement ring for my now fiancé. I tried other jewelry stores within the outlets and quickly realized that I should have came to Helzberg first and just skipped all of the other jeweler stores because from the moment I walked into Helzberg, I was greeted with a smile by the fantastic assistant manager, Emilyse H. Emilyse was an absolute gem and provided the upmost customer service, compassion, and understanding as I was overwhelmed, and she kept me calm and reassured me throughout the entire process with her knowledge and expertise. She was even able to pull up the diamond engagement number on the stone on within a matter of seconds to show us that the diamond matches the diamond verification card. Emilyse - I can NOT thank you enough again! We will be back at Helzberg for our future wedding bands and look forward to working with Emilyse again.
