On March 31 I Scheduled my appointment for April 13 at 5 pm. April 12 at 9 pm they rescheduled my appointment for April 13 1 pm. I Tried to reschedule the next day at 11 and was told I had to contact my stylist directly but she wouldn't be awake till 12-12:30. I Was almost an hour and a half away for something I had planned prior from 11-2. No way was I gonna make my appointment at 1, nor was I willing to take the chances of a 30 minute to an hour window for my stylist to reschedule. Very disappointing. Highly unprofessional.

My service with Veronica was beyond amazing ! I have never been so happy with how my hair turned out. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she delivered it on point. Every step of the way she would explain to be what she was doing to my hair and gave me more knowledge of how the whole process should be. Ladies this woman knows her stuff! I went to Maya. Had a wonderful experience. Got my hair cut a little shorter. I love it. Went back a second time. She did it in curls. Am going back today for. A Bob. She is great. She is From Ukran and is a real sweetheart. Found a great place in San Marcos.!!!!!!

Inconsistent service. Verbal instructions have to repeated multiple times, and even then you’ll be lucky to get what you ask for. If you are someone who doesn’t want layers in your hair, do not come here. If you are someone with short hair and trying to grow it out, do not come here. After making it very well know that I only do blunt hairstyles, the stylist thought it would be okay to layer my bangs! I didn’t notice until I got and was so confused. I’m so upset with this salon.Service: Haircut

Ask for Christina! She is patient, responsive and did an amazing job. I have thick, unruly hair and she coaxed it into the loose curls exactly as I asked. I plan to go back for my next haircut.

Cristina is the best of the best she dyed my hair black in January and literally just dyed it 6 months later into a beautiful honey blonde. And such Fair pricing, everyone is so sweet and nice and they all do their best to make you happy with your new hair. Can't recommend this place enough. And I barely leave yelp reviews anymore so that's saying something.

I have been seeing Sharon at hair solutions for about 3 years, and prior I saw her at another salon. She's done my hair for 5+ years and I have had minimal complaints during that time. Unfortunately, she randomly decided to stop answering or responding to me with no explanation, which I find that to be extremely unprofessional. After the way i was treated, I would not recommend her if you do want to go to this salon. Having an unreliable hair stylist is not comforting.
