Diego, Alex and Juan were great this morning helping me with a difficult employee. Liz was absolutely the worst customer service rep I've ever interacted with. She basically accused me of theft in front of multiple customers. I've worked at HEB before and this is not an acceptable way to treat your customers. I will keep going to my Buda HEB from now on.

This particular HEB grocery store is small and one of the older establishments. However, if one is needing just a few items and looking for a convenient location then this store should satisfy. During my most recent visit I picked up bread, milk, and a few other items. This location is much closer to my home than the large store in New Braunfels, and for a few items it is great. Of course the aisles are narrower and the selections are less than a larger store but it does satisfy certain shoppers needs. The personnel are very friendly and helpful. I find that shopping here is pleasant and quick. Thumbs up!

This is my HEB! I got to this location to shop weekly. I love that this store has coupons on items I plan to buy! I save between $3-$10 because of this. I am grateful to all the hard workers who keep it cleaned and stocked!

If you live in the Kyle or surrounding areas, this is a great HEB for curbside pickup. They always have available/free time slots from morning to evening, which if you are use to the HEB in Kyle, then you know that’s a big deal.

Wow so I figured cashier has suggested selling that they have to do. But the cashier I had tonight Ari B, was sure flirting with the guy in front of me to make that sale and even have 4 or 5 attempts to sell the candles she got the point. But when she rung up my transaction wow you think a light switch came on. She was cold and very unpleasant. I get it after a long day your ready to go. But just makes you wonder if she's like that with all her ladies customers because that switch came on again for the group of men behind me. Idk it just gets to the point of avoiding this location, it seems Everytime I come here it's always a cold or seem like a bother to be rung up. I should just stick to the heb I go to close to my work in San Antonio at least there the people are more pleasant.

Close to 10pm and it's still packed..needs bigger selection in certain areas. Can't wait until the new one down by the Outlets opens but it should have been open by now. Guess when you have a monopoly on items not sold at Walmart you don't really need to focus on the customer

I hate shopping at the BIG. HEB because of the wonderful variety and great deals! I don't get off as inexpensively but I am incredibly happy about my purchases and the service!
