Definitely disappointed. I've shopped here several times before and Friday March 21st was by far the worst experience. I've purchased several bags and most were not on the shelf. Past associates worked with me to understand my preferences and price point and were able to locate suitable bags. Most of the time the associates were minorities who assisted in the past but today they were Caucasian and clearly could care less if I purchase and were very dismissive. My friend and I received better customer service at Saint Laurent and as a result returned to Saint Laurent to make our purchases.

We came from Dallas to shop at this outlet and specifically wanted to shop in Gucci. Purses and bags were okay but nothing special.
My husband wanted to purchase some shoes and NO ONE wanted to help us. One guy looked my husband dead in his eyes twice and said nothing! Deliberately looked at him to give him a look like he wasn't going to help him. A few ladies looked our way too and didn't help. I had to ask for help and she looked up the shoe and said someone would bring it out. Sat there about 10 minutes but no shoe came out. We left.
This was a very disappointing experience. I mean it's not even a Gucci store, it's the damn outlet selling outlet items. I don't know why they were acting so damn judgemental. I've purchased several things from Gucci stores and outlets but never again! I'm so pissed, I'm selling all my Gucci items and never shopping there again. They're overrated anyways.

As I write this review from the parking lot, the store is open according to their posted hours. But they turned people away stating they were closed (which they were not closed). Horrible customer service and management for allowing this.

As someone who travels from Houston annually to the San Marcos Premium Outlets, I was pleasantly surprised by the wonderful new Gucci outlet, now located just across the street from Michael Kors. I will keep this short, but there are so many wonderful things to be said about the new store. The appearance of the boutique alone stands out from the other stores, given that it is nearly two times as large as the old location from across the street. Aside from the appearance and ambiance of the boutique, I was as equally delighted with the products I purchased as I was with the wonderful service I was gifted by my SA’s. Janelle and Bryan helped me, and went above and beyond to ensure I would love the pieces I would walk out of the store with. Specifically, Janelle was extremely empathetic and knew what I was looking for even before I could speak the words. She searched the entire boutique to make sure I walked out with the right size and fit that would be perfect for my lifestyle (I purchased the Gucci GG Maxi canvas high tops and the black and white oversized Gucci x Adidas T - shirt). I would highly recommend visiting the improved and fabulous new Gucci outlet, you will be pleasantly delighted the pieces and service!

Horrible customer service. The salesman by the name of Jeremiah was completely rushing my friend and I over a travel luggage, when my friend got ready to pay he did not present the product to her to make sure this was the correct one she had wanted to purchase, and he insisted that he place it in her vehicle. When inspected in her vehicle she then discovered it was not the correct bag she had wanted.

Understand you have a waiting system. However looking in the window seeing 3 staff joking around not helping any guests while 4 of us were waiting in the cold, knocking on the window just to ask the wait and nobody even comes over? No way. All four of us made a pact to tell the shorty experience story to a hundred people and never to go to Gucci again until we die. Never have we experienced this at any luxury company. Laughable

Terrible terrible service since their new store , nobody attended me for around 10 minutes , went to someone and asked for what I needed they said they will look for it on the back , 30 minutes waiting there for nothing , just ignored me.

Went in and purchased 2 pairs of shoes and had them sent to Seattle. The sales person Monica that helped me sent an incorrect pair. She had already shared her information with me for future purchases and help. When we received them, I contacted her immediately letting her know about the mistake. She said that we could get the correct pair resent to us. She then went MIA for days and would not respond or help me get this corrected. Ignored my calls and texts and no one at the store will answer. So now we are stuck with the incorrect shoes. TERRIBLE customer service and help. Do not trust Monica to help you with your purchases or the store to do the right thing.
