We just purchased a new Ford Maverick for our fleet and love it. It is the second Maverick we have added and will continue to buy them for their incredible value and fuel economy. Lyle was our sales rep and was very helpful and prompt to answer questions and took a personal interest in helping out which was nice because we drove 4 hours from North Dallas to get to this dealership. Once we got to the financing River was who helped us get the rest of the deal taken care of and was very helpful in making sure we got the best deal for our needs. He was patient and understanding with our concerns and ultimatly made sure it was a win win situation for us all. Thank you Griffith Ford!

I recently purchased a new 2024 Mustang from Griffith Ford in San Marcos. My salesperson was Shawn Wright. My initial contact with him was online and he responded quickly via phone. Griffith Ford had the exact trim and color I had been searching for. Shawn was able to work within my schedule to set up a test drive the next morning. I found Shawn to be knowledgeable, kind, and eager to answer all of my questions. He was never at any time pushy or assertive. I completed the purchase and I was very pleased with the service that Shawn provided me. I highly recommend him to anyone who is considering a purchase at Griffith Ford, you won't regret it!

This goes more for the service department. They do not honor Ford Motor deals even when shown from the Ford pass app. They also charge more than other dealerships when it comes to diagnosing. Furthermore, inadequate attention to detail when it comes to customer requests. Full works synthetic blend ($49.95) comes with an oil change, tire rotation and fluids topped off...oil change and tire rotation was done (separate charges) 1 tire had a nail center of it and the fluids were not topped off. I would give 0 stars if I could. I hope that the service department is not a reflection of the rest of the Griffith name. However, I will not be taking that chance. I would recommend Maxwell Ford in Austin.

This place is the absolute worst Ford dealership I have ever been to. The first time was an oil change and they left my refill cap off. The second time was when I asked about how to get the rear seat down in a Ford truck I had bought as it was not coming down. The service advisor said he didn't know how and I'd have to pay for a service tech to look at it and tell me. Today, I asked about the rear camera cost for being replaced as the old one is foggy. He said he couldn't give me a quote on camera replacement until I, again, paid for a service tech to look at it and diagnose it. THE CAMERA IS FOGGY AND NEED REPLACED. But no, they were unwilling to give me the replacement cost withouy paying a diagnostic fee. Three strikes, never again.

I purchased my wife’s car here 6 years ago and they were great. When it came time for me to get a new car I checked their online inventory but didn’t see what I wanted so I left a note to contact me if something came in. Their salesman contacted me shortly but due to time constraints I couldn’t get there for a few days so he drove the car to my house to check out. I am now the happy owner of a Maverick XLT

See if they can drop off or pick up my
Wife. Got text saying truck was scheduled for drop off and i will get notified when it’s on the way. No communication. My wife called seemed like no one knew where the truck was. They gave a time that time passed 2 hrs later she called again. Still nothing . I called at that time service is closed luckily there was someone still there we finally got our truck back around 6pm that evening. She had to cancel plans and errands. Wasted a full day for $171 oil change? I understand I’m paying for a service. I’m a technician and have worked dealerships most of my career . I expect better service when it comes to a dealership. CSI scores mean a lot. That’s my rant. Have a good day

Amazing and Outstanding Service!!
This was our first time at this location and we immediately felt the sense that everyone there was literally trying to do all that they can to help us. Their inventory was stocked with the latest models of all colors, styles, and trim levels. Once we found what wanted , the sales team got started working on our paperwork. Mr. Chad and Adam Rizzo thank you for making our experience at Griffith Ford one of the best experiences we’ve ever had at a car dealership! Ethan is the best! He went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I were as comfortable with our decision as we could be with buying our truck. We can both be very nitpicky, especially since my husband is a mechanic and vehicle enthusiast, and he was very patient and understanding. He let us take our time doing multiple test drives and made the whole process smooth. Not once did we feel rushed or pressured to buy. Highly recommend. Thank you Ethan!
Chris also did an incredible job working with us throughout the finance process. He made sure we got as close to our target payment as possible without stripping us of the necessities like gap & warranty.
*And shoutout to the very kind sales manager who went out of his way to find me a cup of coffee since we got there so early & they ran out in their lobby. You saved my morning, lol!

This was my worst experience ever buying a car. Lack of organization, poor customer service, amd unwillingness to take responsibility for their mistakes (even the owner!). I was appalled and shocked at how they handled things and their lackadaisical attitude toward totally screwing up!

Do not take your trucks here for service. They are unable to diagnose and repair beyond the basic. In the last 3 months they screwed up a valve cover/EGR replacement causing oil leaks, and then can not diagnose a no-turbo pressure issue.

If my deal was completly handled by Ethan, I am confident it would have gone way better. Ethan is very dedicated to his customers but is hampered by management.
