Worst store ever to go to on Black Friday. Do not waste any of your time. You have to stand in line for hours and none of the employees care. They think that is a normal thing for Black Friday when none of the other stores in San Marcos are nearly as bad. This store is just very poorly run. It doesn’t help that the employees are extremely rude.

I placed an online order for curbside pickup. Almost immediately after submitting my order, I got the “your items are ready” email. I waited until the next morning to head that way. When I got there, there was a sign on the door saying the computers were down and the store was closed due to it. I was bummed… I started to leave and just drive back to San Marcos another day but decided to call the store to ask if fully paid curbside orders were affected by the computer being down. She told me I could pick it up now! She unlocked the door and allowed me in to complete the pick up process. I’m so happy I decided to call to make sure. 5 stars for how fast they fulfilled my order after placing it and for the manager knowing how to navigate through a computer failure and allowing me to pickup my curbside order.
