We walk in that store with the basic knowledge of what we thought a mattress and a good nights sleep was and after meeting and talking with Bill, we walked out with a PHD in Mattresses and a Good Night Sleep!! If you’re looking for a new mattress, come to Mattress Firm and hit up William (Bill) and he will steer you in the right direction!!”
“Mattress shopping sucks. There’s 100 different models, 100 different terms salesmen use to try and say their models are the best, and you feel ripped off every time they mention a high price but can do you a deal by taking some off. I spent the last week reviewing every online store, every manufacturer, and every mattress store in Kyle looking for something I would consider a fair exchange. I should’ve started here. I walked in and worked with Clayton who not only gave me the pros and cons of each mattress, but also looked for any applicable deals/discounts without any need to threaten to walk out. I truly feel we were reviewing which mattress best fits my needs together rather than someone looking for an upsale. I ultimately do feel I got the best deal in the region from this store. If you do not include this store in your mattress shopping search, you’re doing yourself a disservice.”

“We purchased a couch from North Carolina Direct three months ago and found a small defect in the fabric. We called the store and a technician was immediately sent to inspect. He noted the flaw and that section of the sofa was promptly replaced with a new one. Later we notice the fabric was frayed on two cushions. Again a tech was dispatched and confirmed that shouldn’t happen with normal use. Gary (the manager) contacted the manufacturer - who wasn’t very responsive so he told us we could come in to pick out another couch of our choice! Everyone we spoke to was considerate, helpful and pleasant from the sales people (Kim Williams and Joanna Martin) to the inspectors, delivery crew and Gary, who made the final call.If we buy any more furniture North Carolina Direct will be our first stop! They stand behind their products and have exceptional customer service!”

I got exactly what I was looking for and was grateful for the good prices! His address is not the one stated on maps, he was very helpful over the phone and made it very easy and pleasant to buy from him.”
“Neutral in review. Customer service could be better. Each employee we've encounter seem annoyed/bothered when asking for assistance. Isles are mostly stocked but only when shopping mid week. We specifically make our day shopping and each time a request for hot dogs, staff simply state they're out or "it will take 20mins" Even when we've offered to return and still purchase (3) hot dogs, popcorn and drinks staff express annoyance. No friendly ness from many except cashiers that we feel forced to converse”
