In the middle of buying a home. Frost blocked my down payment after I called and verified the payment would go through.Went to this branch to sort things out. Got laughed at by first teller, sent to another person who then told me to go back to the first person who then laughed at me.At all points, I was told I was wrong, told I did the wrong thing, that I needed to call and verify. I did this 4 times. Was not blocked til after closing.Branch manager saw me, walked away.Only person who helped was efficient and probably should be branch manager. She was the only person to apologize and not laugh at us.Closing my account of 20 years after this. It is infuriating.

Fantastic service. Walk in the front door and you are greeted by a teller that will go out of their way to help you an make you feel at home. I haven't been in there in over 18 months and the I think bank manager walks out and greets me by name

Before you open a small business checking account with Frost Bank, be aware that they will likely freeze your account for unknown reasons at thier personal discretion and possibly even cancel your account

Everyone at Frost has been nothing but amazing to work with, I can’t recommend Justin enough for all of your commercial lending. This bank took a chance on me when I first opened up my business and I will always be extremely grateful of the opportunity they gave me to be successful! Been a Frost Bank customer for over 20 years. Several weeks ago, my wife’s debit card number for our joint checking account was stolen and fraudulent charges were made. After alerting Frost Bank, they said they would cancel her card number and issue a new one. The new card arrived, my wife used it without issue, and then another fraudulent charge occurred—on the old card. Called Frost Bank again, they admitted they actually had not cancelled the old card and left my account wide open to thieves.I feel I can no longer trust Frost Bank to keep my money safe. My wife and I will be closing our accounts first thing Monday and finding a new bank.

Employees are always so nice and friendly. Never had a problem with Frost Bank.

When there was a mistake with my account overdraft protection they wouldn't refund the charges. I shouldn't have to spend money just to use an otherwise free bank account

If you could clean up the mess you've made all over the road due to your construction that would be great as well has find somewhere else for your employees to park that's not all over the street. We've been dealing with the nonsense for months now.

Went to solve an issue with a friend of mine and a consultant by the name of Dana blagg was very short and a bit rude to me and to the other customers that needed help. She also didn't understand that she was basically letting the whole place know our information by how loud she was talking. At one point she raised her voice at me. I'm glad I don't bank here, if i had to deal with her it would be exhausting.
