Gabby was so helpful when I went to open a business bank account at this Frost location. Very professional, but relatable. Knowledge and able to answer all of my questions. Give this girl a raise. Love her.

Be very careful about trying to use frost bank for your small business. They can close your business account if they suspect you of personally owning bitcoin

I've not tried the drive through yet, but have been very pleased with the staff inside the branch. It's consistently the shortest wait out of the three banks that I use. There is always a parking spot available, and I receive a friendly greeting from at least two or three of the employees each time I come by. They've also never tried to sell me on any extra services, which gets old at other banks. Here I feel as though they are the ones providing me with a service, rather than I'm being farmed for cash. My banking experiences are typically not pleasant, so this is refreshing! What makes a business great is great people, and that seems to be what they are striving for here.

went ok, condescending clerks was all, until one point; i had always kept track of my balance on the internet but this time it wasn't registering the actual, lesser amount.... thanks to their mistake i kept spending when there was no money to spend. good enough bank but don't rely on them keeping you up to date.

You're OK, I guess, even though I don't bank here anymore. I'll always remember that student loan we shared back when you were State Bank & Trust. But, can you please get rid of that blight that is your 1960's-style drive-thru right next to your newer Nineties drive-thru?

I have dealt with Frost for years when making deposits for business accounts. The drive through time ranges from 20min-1hour, almost always. I turn off my car and roll down my windows now, because it just takes forever. There have been previous situations when deposits were not counted on site and we received notice weeks later of a difference in the deposit amount and the slip. Also, on a side note. I recently attended the PGA tournament in San Antonio where Frost had a clubhouse reserved, across from this there was a trailer for restrooms. The closest other option was about 1000 ft down and were porta-potties. Frost had someone guarding the restroom telling people they were "Reserved" for the Frost group. They were off the public cart path, no sign, and not connected in any way that would make this obvious. This just goes to show the immense entitlement they feel, to restrooms, to customer time, etc. I was so glad once my last job stopped using Frost, it was a highlight for me and now that I am back to using them, I have to say they are the worst financial institution I have EVER dealt with.

Frost has been my business bank for several years. They have bent over backwards to work with me. I recommend them for your banking needs.
