I placed my order on 7-7-24. This was my first time ever shopping at this place. The order was placed for delivery to my home. Yet its now been 17 days and i still have not recieved the order. I finally called the store expecting I would be given some assistance INSTEAD Lyndsay who answered the phone could only tell me she understood my frustration and that I should call corporate bc she couldn't help me. She NEVER offered to take my number and look into it and call me back OR have a manager (Gabby) call me back. NOTHING other than "call corporate" and "I understand your frustration". I even told her, this was my first time ever shopping at this store and yet she did not give two F's or any care in the world. I even asked her if she would be able to check for me or do anything for me and she quickly said no! I even had to say well you haven't even given me the corporate # i should call and only then did she "look" for the number so she could give it to me. As of I was asking for too much!!!! I am beyond disgusted by the treatment. I paid for an item PLUS SHIPPING only for said item to obviously never be shipped. I would hope someone would call me back but considering what I just experiencedI doubt that will happen. THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS the treatment of your customers is HORRIFIC.

My wife ordered a dress to be shipped to the store closest to us when the dress arrived at the store it was damaged so we requested a replacement due to manufacturing error and was told it would cost us an additional $21 dollars, my wife paid it, when she told me I went back in to get her a refund because it makes no sense to charge more for a dress we already paid for, due to us needing a new one due to manufacturing errors when I asked the store clerk why it would cost more she explained that the system would not alow her to reduce the price to what we originally paid, thankfully she was still able to give us our $21 dollars back and we just took the damaged dress. I'm very disappointed in the company's system not allowing a replacement to be sent at the same price we paid when the damaged was on the company.

Waited at the counter to pay for 15 min while the employee was in the back. She came out and finally checked us out and was rude and seemed bothered.

The staff at this location are very rude and not very attentative to the customers. I love shopping online at Francessca’s website but staff is very impolite.

Went in a few days ago and was helped by Zane. She was super nice, helpful, and super attentive. All the girls who work there were great! Great customer service!!

I went in on Saturday 12/16 around 5:30pm and keep in mind I’ve been here before and was helped very graciously by some very nice people but this time around I felt like I was being berated by one girl in particular named Zane. I was wanting a fitting room and got a short answer then when I walked away she talked about how “annoying” and “stupid” customers are. As I walked around she gave me and others dirty looks. Something should be done about this. What an ugly person they have working here.

The customer service is absolutely atrocious the two girls working in there only care about trying clothes on. I’m talking about how they’ve met their goals for today instead of helping customers. Multiple customers of walked in, and they were not greeted or asked if they needed any help. These two girls are very unprofessional and are too busy gossiping at the desk. I was walking around with a dresse in my hand for a while try to make eye contact so I can try it on and they both turn around and ignored me.

Although I didn’t find the dresses I saw online (that was my own mistake) I’m glad we stopped by! Gabby was so attentive and friendly; she went above and beyond to help me find the dress in my size at other locations - and checked the back inventory to double check if she happened to have the size. I plan to stop by the location she called to have hold my size for me. Just had to leave a glowing review because unfortunately personable customer service is so rare these days. Great job, Gabby!

Very rude and mean Sales ladies in this store. Unlike other Francesca stores I've been to. Visited San Marcos Premium Outlet on July24,2022 at 2pm. These staff needs to be replaced. Chitchating and does not attend to customer's needs. They let you feel you are bothering them when my mom and I checked out this place. Every customer experience is important. The management should look into this. Very poor customer service.
