I have a feeling they sell poor quality products because their customer service tells it all. I purchased a fragrance here and I have been keeping it for 6 months still sealed. Two days ago I decided to unwrap it, lo and behold, the perfume had evaporated. Basically, the bottle was empty. Upon returning the defect to this store, the manager's body language and comments were enough to show me never to buy anything from them again.

Buyer Beware: No Refunds AND unfair exchanges!!I bought some fragrances here during a Christmas sale. They were BOGO 50% off, and I decided to return the one that I bought half off because it was the wrong product. I was surprised to learn that there was no refunds because this isn't advertised anywhere in the store. Not only that, but I couldn't exchange for equal value! So, I bought a $70 fragrance for $35 bc it was half off, but I could only exchange it for something that was $35 ORIGINAL price. How does that make sense? It doesn't. Just go to a reputable store that does business with integrity.

FAKE. The perfumes don't last more than 30 minutes. It is like water. The salesperson show you the originals as tasters, but they will sell you the fakes as originals. ever again!il l keep buying my perfumes at macys.No son originals.

Horrible customer service! Before we walked in the store they were telling us, only 2 people allowed per family.... keep in mind it’s around 7:30pm on a Saturday night and no one is in the store and secondly It was my husband our son and my self (I’m certainly not leaving my son outside or in the vehicle! Yes I understand they have policies due to COVID but my husband I help each other pick out perfume/cologne) they lost out on a $150 sale. So we went around the corner to Perfumes4U and they had no problem with us walking in with our son, and helping us or making a sale.

Do not purchase from here as a gift, unless you know exactly what you want. They do not honor their exchange policy. My son purchased a fragrance for me yesterday. The very next day I come to exchange the bottle UNUSED with a receipt; but they will not exchange because they say it has been sprayed. The sales associate took the bottle to the side, sprayed the bottle and then said " it's been used." Obviously, she just sprayed it. So I complained to the manager, who did not care.

I went with my husband last week to get him some cologne the clerk told us there was buy one get the other 50 percent off . So he got what he was looking for then wanted to by me one . We let the clerk give us a few samples so as I picked one she ran my husbands card $168 I was horrified she tried to sell us a bottle that was $130 ! I told her no mam we do not want this perfume can we get a refund and she refused! We had not even left the store! I asked her what her managers name and number was she refused to give it to me. I went out and spoke the the mall police and contacted there customer service line. This should not be done to anyone! Everyone has a boss and no device should ever do this to you . They are thieves

Worst customer service ever. I went in to buy some cologne and the one I wanted to purchase, they did not have any testers available. When I asked if she could make a tester she said no and then proceeded to say they are different bottles and she doesn’t know which one she is giving us. We then asked if we buy it and it’s the wrong bottle can we return it? And she said we were stuck with it. As a fragrance company, I would think that you would have testers available for customers and if not, you would make them.Once another employee came out, the worker proceeded to go to her and talk about us, covering her mouth and eyeing us up and down.Their prices are ridiculous compared to other places, their employees don’t know their perfumes, and do nothing but give out attitude and talk about you in front of you.
