It’s been a while since I’ve been there but in the past, I have purchased several Fossil watches. Well,today I noticed that my watch had stopped and I realized that it has had the same battery for 13years. This will be the first battery replacement for this watch.

Store is great! Workers are terrible. Didn’t help, barely acknowledged we were there and weren’t friendly either.
They were having convos amongst themselves the entire time and didn’t pay us any attention. We had to say excuse me to them to even check out. Also forced us to put in our email address without so much as the option. Get better staff. Salesperson name on receipt was Angela.
