This store gave me an experience - the experience of ordering online while in the store because of the limited inventory. The package was delivered to the wrong address, twice. I've spent a considerable amount of time trying to get a refund for a product I never received. I highly recommend ONLY buying something in-store and do not buy online through their in-store system.

I recently went into Fossil searching for a wallet. The store manager, Michaela, greeted me with the brightest smile and best customor service within 1 minute of entering the store. After showing me the nice selection of wallets and helping my indecisiveness, I was in and out within 10 minutes. I highly recommend shopping at Fossil as I had a great experience. Thank you.

Alec from the San Marcos outlet Texas location was very rude during my time in the fossil store.I purchased a crossbody which came in a semi-dark brown hue (display model) and received one that was more orange tinted. I requested to see another bag in the same style, as individual pieces vary in color and leather condition, and I was told, "It's sealed and the same bag, it's not different." I reiterated my statement saying how each one is unique and not made exactly the same in color tone and he did not change his stance. Basically, I was told no and was expected to move on with my day. All I requested was to SEE another bag and was denied, so I proceeded to my car and inspected the bag right outside the store.After opening the plastic bag, I noticed the leather had some scratches and scuff marks underneath the flap, which was hidden when the bag was still sealed. I was not satisfied with this particular article, so I re-entered the store and was greeted by Alec who said, "What happened (or what now)? I restated I was not satisfied with this particular bag and still would like to see another bag from the back. He interrupted me and said, "Look, do you just want that one?" and pointed to the display bag. Wanted to be done with the situation, I just agreed, handed him the newly opened bag, took the display and left.Never before have I had such rude customer service at a Fossil location and was disappointed in how he approached my inquiry just to see a few other bags for the leather color. I'm not usually one to complain via online review or feedback, but I felt my situation should be notated somewhere for Fossil to see how their outlet employees are interacting with customers. Fossil is my go-to brand for handbags and wallets; I would hope I don't have a repeat of my experience with Alec or anyone else in the future like this again.

They take care of their customers. Very knowledgeable about warranty and really went the extra mile to help me out in fixing a Fossil watch I had purchased.

I had such a great experience going to the store, one of the best customer services I ever had, Michaela was so helpful, nice and patient while looking for watch for my brother, always with an awesome attitude and a smile in her face, even when there was a lot of people and she was going all around helping. She even helped me for the engraving of the watch, I'll definitely go back.

5 out of 5 stars!!!The staff there were fantastic and super friendly I normally don’t write reviews but this place definitely deserved the rating and it was all because of a woman who helped me. She went above and beyond to restore a watch that meant dearly to me!

The service at this place is "5 star", a fantastic experience. Angela (who i believe is the manager, and hopefully i remember her name correctly) helped us with some issues we had with watches. She went above and beyond in resolving our issues. This level of customer service is what creates brand ambassadors, and I'll be buying more watches from this store.
