I was quoted a bulk price once on a specific item. I returned to order item a few weeks later and was quoted a bulk price three times higher then the original price. Even after I told them i had found the item for a cheaper bulk price online manager still didnt work with me so i bought item from an online supplier.

I love this place. You can find all kinds of weird bolts, screws you can't get anywhere else, and if they don't have it they can help you track it down. This location has great customer service the staff is very helpful, not to be said for all locations New Braunfels I'm looking at you.
