Horrible service. I literally left the items it took me forever to pick out. The staff was horrible with absolutely no customer service. She laughed and said thank you as I walked out. There are plenty of other places to spend your money.

Older gentleman up front was so friendly helped me sign up for everything I needed to sign up for got discounts and was quick too I was in a hurry very friendly guy

Good deals most of the time. Staff was super friendly, and one young man actually walked with me to show me where to look for dress shoes. Him walking with me was a first. Most people just point in the general direction. Another employee even greeted me as I left the store.

I just left out of this store. Staff is rude and racist. There was an old white male employee follow me in the store. I noticeably was the only black person in the store but as soon as I got in there I’ve got the attention from the staff immediately. There wasn’t any decent shoes there. I normally ordered my shoes online but I wanted to go in the store to see the shoes in person.

Very nice store, probably the most organized Famous Footwear. Large variety and prices are the same as a non-outlet store. Staff was visible and helpful.
