“This morning I came to this location to get gas. It seemed to be a normal day, but my card was declining at the pump. So I figured I’d go inside and pay, the really nice lady Annette helped me. She said that there was an issue with the system out there so everyone’s cards were declining this morning. I tried a few more times but I believe there is an issue with my card now. Trying to find the issue we tried swiping my card a few more times. It wasn’t working, I really needed gas because I’ve put it off for too long. Not knowing that, the kind cashier, Annette used her Apple Pay and paid for my $10 worth of gas. She has no idea how thankful I am. Not only is she amazing at her job. She also is a very kind person and she helps restore my faith in humanity. Being someone who has worked in the service industry for at least 7 years. This is exactly what customer service is all about. Thank you to this employee for her hard work and dedication. It doesn’t go unnoticed to the public.”
