Unorganized shelves and items stocked were sitting in other branded boxes so it was misleading when they didn't have the brand that I wanted to get but had the boxing for it.

We always come to this location. Today my friend made accidentally a purchase that was more expensive than she expected. And when she tried to return it they said no, which is fine.
However, who ever the old lady that works Wednesday night was really awfully rude for no reason. It’s costumer service nonetheless, no reason to be making other people uncomfortable. Sorry you’re miserable but again no reason to make other people feel the same.

I frequently visit this location and have generally had positive experiences with the staff. However, during my recent visit, 30 minutes ago I encountered an issue with one of the cashiers. Despite my previous visits, where I've received great service, this particular cashier seemed to let her emotions affect her professionalism. During my checkout, she deliberately dropped my change, which I found to be unprofessional and disappointing. I typically prefer a straightforward, efficient shopping experience, and this incident did not meet the standards I have come to expect from this store. I hope this feedback helps improve customer service in the future.

Both employees joy or Joyce and Nana are very rude. Nana never talks or interacts with the customer and when u say thank you she just rolls her eyes and the older lady talks very rude to customers

They need help! 1 cashier? She did great by her self, but why is she working by her self? Line down the aisle.... do better management.

I would have given this store a 4-star, but the employees were very rude. The sales associate named Nana (according to this receipt) never spoke as she was checking me out. I told her I didn't need a bag and she threw my little items in a bin I purchased. She rolled her eyes and sucked her teeth as she handed me the receipt. I said thank you and she looked at me.
It is not my fault you don't like working at Dollar Tree, but I shop at the stores. Be kind to customers Nana.
The store needs restocking and organizing.

I live in Kyle, Texas I make my way to the dollar tree because it is the cleanest and neatest store. There’s a second dollar tree in San Marcos by Sam’s Club it’s always bare and under stock. There is a second dollar tree on Road 150 and it’s cluttered. They have boxes everywhere you can’t even get to the shelves and there’s always two people working only.

Very cool, there... be careful, there are no dollar stores. Now it's $1.25 or more like at Waldos, although the truth is there are many very cool things.

I love this store shop here all the time. Would say 5 stars usually but I'm giving it a rating of 1 due to the lady working last night telling me my backpack needs to stay at the front of the store. That is profiling at its finest. I rode my bike there so the backpack was needed. I also have a lot of very valuable stuff in my backpack so I'm not leaving it anywhere unattended. Besides they don't make every female with a purse leave their purses at the front sexist as well. Hopefully the manager of the store sees this and says something to the employees about the issue. I spend a lot of money in that store, and will continue, but if I'm gonna be treated like a child I will take my business elsewhere. I'd rather open my backpack and show the contents on the way out than leave it somewhere. Or if I have to leave my bag every female should have to leave their purse... That is all.
