I came in with a nail in my tire at about 350pm. The store looked busy but Mario came out of no where and approached me to help. He provided great customer service. He also advised there were 12 vehicles before mine but was able to get me rolling out of there in one hour. Love Discount Tire!

I remember the day when DC was more about helping the customer out. Today, it's about selling you a new tire. My daughter went to get a flat fixed today, tech said she may need a new tire. Its covered under warranty, so they fixed it. The tech says she needs new front tires, " because she doesn't rotate them". All four tires are under the warranty, the tread is fine, but yet she needs tires? I called and spoke with Shay, he doesn't know the conversation but the tread recordered is above what the mileage warranty is. So, why does she need 2 new tires? Doesn't know the conversation. Shay apologized but these guys don't care. In a world where everything is so expensive, people are watching every penny, don't try and take advantage of someone man, help us out. Have four vehicles, all discount tire tires, I think I'm done with these guys.

Took my tacoma for nail in tire repair, now a week later tire is still leaking. Having to take to a location in San Antonio today. Just purchased these tires from discount tire. Pretty bad when you can't even fix a simple nail hole.

I had the best experience today with Discount Tire in San Marcos TX. I mean, I've had a great experience in my years of having a vehicle with Discount Tire, but today-I brought my SUV in that had a screw stuck in the tire. They answered my call and and all of my questions and told me to come in when it was convenient for me. They had me in and out within an hour and was able to remove the screw and patch the tire and I did not get charged a dime. I will always refer anyone to Discount Tire for any needs and will keep coming to them for rotations, replacements, and upgrades.

They did a great job fixing the work that was not done correctly at another location. Should never leave a tire shop needing more air. 10psi+ low on a newly mounted tire. May I recommend a new tool to help complement the services rendered at these establishments... *if you have a daughter don't send her here. They will take advantage of a single female traveler. Risk it with a local shop, she might get screwed a little less there***
