As a small business owner, I am always looking for attractive affordable furniture to enhance our brick and mortar location. I am extremely pleased with Discount Furniture NOW! I purchased 20 metal chairs for our entryway. They are well built and they look great! I wanted to make sure that they would be a good fit before spending the money, so I contacted their customer service department. The representative was kind, patient and helpful. The chairs arrived quickly and were well packaged. I will definitely buy from them again.

This location is an open warehouse but they have furniture out on display. The staff is very friendly and I got a great deal on a high end leather office chair

I have purchased four floor vases and they are all beautiful. They are lightweight, so it's easy to move them when cleaning or changing location, but they look like they are made from much heavier material. The textures and designs are beautifully crafted and look like each one was individually customized. I fill them with stems and flowers that can be changed according to the season. All of my floor vases arrived in perfect condition as they are packed exceptionally well. They also arrived in a very timely manner. I am extremely satisfied with this company and the products that I have purchased so far. I will be making additional purchases in the future, as I am in the process of redecorating my home and have lots of great ideas for more of these floor vases and other of their products. Outstanding service!!!

This company has the appearance of a homeless shelter. They do not take care of the customers, inquiries go unanswered for ten days to two weeks with no resolve. They discriminate against future employees and current employees, items are shipped incorrectly or with need for repair and the issue is never resolved. Avoid them on Amazon, Overstock, Wayfair, Walmart and many more. It is not worth the time or the frustration to pay so much for a sub-par item.
