Rose was wonderful! She fit me into the schedule during the freeze and made sure to fully explain the prices and the process. She mentioned that she tries to keep prices as low as possible for the college students (which is so sweet!). Rose made sure I was happy with everything and let me know that if anything happened to my nails, to come back and she would fix it for free. I will be coming back and recommending this place!

Here's the thing, my girl at Deluxe nails gonna do it right every time. She's the only person in San Marcos that can do a consistent French nail and designs. She's also the nicest nail person ever and provides refreshments while you get your nails done:)

I mentioned my dissatisfaction at checkout with the gentleman upfront. Kimmy rushed my nails and my toe paint. Only thing he could offer was to ask for a different tech when I come next time. Still paid full price for services. I’ve been coming here since 2014 and won’t be back. Customer service goes a long way. This place definitely picks and chooses who to provide better service to.

Some of the staff was really nice, but the other half was unfriendly. I got a regular gel mani and pedi (didn’t massage my feet at all) with no extra length or anything and it was 85$ without a tip. This store is definitely over priced. Only got 2 stars because one of the lady’s were really nice!

I had a great experience for my gel pedicure. Relaxed & very friendly. A bit pricey but they did a really nice job. Love that it’s next to the tanning place ??

Usually not busy when I show up. Rose is my to go to nail tech, she does amazing and introduced me to dip since I wanted to let my nails get a break from acrylic. Friendly staff.Services: Pedicure

Just had the most amazing pedicure that I've had in like 10 years. The esthetician took her time and made me feel like I was at a spa. I had the lavender pedicure and added paraffin wax. It was such a lovely experience. They are very cleanly and have great customer service.

Pros: Everyone there was super nice, and I love my manicure, it turned out great!Cons: I got a pedicure and it wasn't until I got home until I realized how uneven it was, parts of the nails had no polish and parts of the cuticles had polish. Also, the total was almost $100 for the mani-pedi, which seems overpriced.

I got a pedicure today with two friends. We all went back to get the pedicure I was the last person to get seated. And the first to be done. A young man began starting on the pedicure.He never looked up said good morning or anything.I got the $38.00 pedicure. I been there numerous times. This was the worst service l have ever received. When l said something about it the person at the front said we will talk to him. They spoke in there language. The lady at the front touched up my polish on my feet. They didn’t lower the price or anything. And not very apologetic. I know they don’t care because they are all about the money.I will definitely look for a new place to get a pedicure.Service: Pedicures

This isn’t a sanitary establishment. The woman who did my natural nail mani/pedi ($50) was very nice. The salon, though, is in complete disrepair. There were gnats circling me the entire time I was in the pedi chair; tools were worn and didn’t look clean; polishes were old, thinned, and crusty; and the facility itself was filthy. Again, the woman was incredibly nice and the mani/pedi were ok - not great. Sadly, I don’t recommend, primarily for sanitation reasons.Services: Manicures

I definitely recommend going to this nail salon and getting your nails done by Rose! This is my second set here, and she did so good the first time that I had to come back. I asked for a really natural set, I asked to not cut my nails since I'm growing mine out and she was definitely okay with my decision. Other salons are against it due to lifting. Thank you for satisfying my needs!

Rose is the wonderful lady who helped me. It’s her family business and you sure do get treated as if you were family. She was very precise and took her time to tend to me. I got the regular pedicure ($30) and I am extremely content and satisfied with how beautiful my nails turned out. I chose this deep Christmas red with glitter color and it made my feet stand out (I had a Dorothy moment from the Wizard of Oz). The whole process was relaxing. Rose and I had many great conversations throughout the service. My feet look and feel great. I was offered refreshments and was made sure that I was satisfied with how my feet ended up.
