I made a 12 noon appointment with Ben one week in advance. I arrived for the appointment 10 minutes early and Ben was not at the salon. I waited 5 to 10 minutes and he was a no show so I left. I received a text later that said he had "run an errand". This shows that he places little importance to punctuality. This was my first and last experience with this shop.Service: Haircut

On recommendation from a neighbor, I set an appointment and was scheduled with Ben. I was so pleasantly surprised at the specificity of his approach! My hair is thinning and fine and his care suggestions were great! He steered me away from what I went in for, and came out with a precision haircut and a lovely coloring that has been very easy to maintain for the past 4 mornings! Ben is kind, engaging and has a good sense of humor as well as a broad knowledge of his craft!

Took my 90 year old mother to Ben Morales for cut style and perm. He did a fabulous professional style for her. Very friendly and made excellent suggestions to her to keep hair healthy and looking good. Works quickly but perfectionist in his final results. I've had service at this salon before and it was good. I saw a posting about Ben on several sights, and each of them raved about him. Today I had an appointment with Ben. It's a great feeling when your asking for a pixie, which is super short, and the person providing the service is really talented. I would recommend Ben to anyone looking for great service, friendliness and affordability. If I could I'd give Ben 10 stars!
