I went to visit with a family, the facilities seemed very good to me, with ample parking, the pool and the GYM were very clean, and the apartment is spacious and with good distribution, especially that there are several department stores and restaurants nearby ...Excellent

Dog area poop bag dispenser was empty and there was poop all over the ground. Sharp rocks lining the area between the front of the buildings and the parking area. Loud music in the parking lot for hours. Adequate parking.

Ive been at curve for almost 2 years ( if i was not a broke college student with a large dog I would not be here after the first year). Maintenance is by far the most inexperienced people i have ever met. NOTHING is installed correctl, paint literally peeling off the walls. Ac leaking into master bedroom and wall of our livingroom 3 times now. This specific time been waiting over a week. No maintenance has come to fix severe water damage to the base boards and my personal property. Compl roach infested even though we have big bombed 4 times. Bathroom every other month has mold growing on the ceiling absolutely the worst apt. Complex. Save yourself the touble and money and go anywhere elese. Leasing agents do not care and try and blame everything on resident

My family has been here for less than a month and already hating it. Nothing was move in ready. The walls are loose, toilets were broken. Nothing was installed correctly (prime example of going for the cheapest work possible). Maintenance started to fix some things and never came back to finish. I found mice in our pantry. This is only a few of the many things wrong. 10/10 DO NOT recommend Curve at River Road

Worst apartment complex. Poorly managed! Maintenance is non existent and incompetent. They will leave your unit without AC for two weeks and expect you to live in such heat during SUMMER PEAK HOURS. They should be expecting a call from housing authorities. Absolute worst.

I’ve lived at the Curve for almost a year and I honestly love the community and the staff. The maintenance guys are awesome! They have been able to take care of the situation immediately no matter how big or small the job was.I also want to say Tori the manager is wonderful! She has always been available and helpful when needed. I have left bed in several of the complexes in the area and I actually feel at home here!!!!

The best thing about this complex is the property manager Tori. She’s so sweet, &helpful and wants to make sure each resident is satisfied and taken care of. She’s definitely the best property manager I’ve ever had living at different complexes!

I have lived here over a year, and I love it! This place has the best apartment staff ever. They are very fair and efficient. Tori and her maintenance staff are top notch!

This apartment is horrible we lived there for 4 months and everything went down hill. Shower head was horrible (sprayed all over the place), bug problem was awful, floor boards were warped, and the floor boards were NASTY!!!

This was my first apartment, I moved in with a roommate. The apartment itself was not cleaned when we moved in but it wasn't too big a deal because we wanted to clean it ourselves which we did. It was a cute apartment, great size and an amazing price for a 2 bedroom. But the quality of the material they used wasn't the greatest. Cabinets looked and felt gross cause of the paint, the counter tops were chipping in the kitchen and bathrooms, the shower floor was cracking??? There were issues with the dryer on several occasions and the dishwasher a few times as well. The wait for maintenance was never too long but it was pretty irritating that the same problems kept occurring every few months. Tori in the office is super nice and did her best to help me when I was having issues with my (terrible) roommate so honestly I felt lucky to have someone nice working there that seemed to really care about the residents. If it weren't for my roommate, I feel like I would have better liked my stay in this community and I would definitely move back if they were to offer affordable 1 bedrooms!

Tori was an amazing manager and made my stay as pleasant as it could be! With Covid and the freeze, our financial situation got really bad and she was very helpful/understanding. The location is very convenient too as it’s next to the river. The buildings are kind of old, so if you are super high maintenance expecting everything brand new then this is probably not the right place. I would say the rent price is pretty fair for the big space, location, and backyard! There’s always going to be problems everywhere you go, but what’s important is how they handle them when they arise. As long as you communicate with her and do your part, you will be fine! There is a reason you see many great reviews specifically about Tori! She is legit. I will say the maintenance team could use some work, but again, Tori will make sure it gets resolved once she is aware. For sure, the best complex manager we have had so far.

I’ve lived at The Curve for a year now and the move in process was horrible. The apartment was not move in ready, nor were we able to pick up our apartment keys at the discussed time. The maintenance staff does not check the online portal to aid in residents requests and you have to either go to the office (and hope you catch their one leasing agent) or hope you run into a maintenance man on the premises to inform them of your issue. This summer our AC has gone out on multiple occasions. In Texas, this is a huge problem. Our unit stayed over 90 degrees during the day and dropped to the high 80s during the evenings. It took the apartment complex 8 days to remedy this issue. To make matters worse, my roommate is pregnant. They did not provide us other living arrangements or a proper pro-rates amount for this occurrence. Save yourself future headaches and do not move into this sorry property.

Worst maintenance you’ll ever getJust don’t do itThey try and charge you for everything and wont even fix a daym thing they will come look at it and say they’ll come back and completely forgetOur ac was gone for summer and the temperature was around 90We told them to fix it but they didn’t do nothing but look at it and turned around I had to use the individual ac and that wasn’t it . Even with that it was hotter inside than outsideWe asked them to replace it but they didn’t want toWe had to move out of that unit and go to anotherI should have just stayed away from that place in General they never fix anythingUnless it was the toilet we had light fixture it the restroom and we told them to fix it but they never came to do itI just gave up and just made that my last year thereI’m never going to stay in apartments no moreThey are the worst all it is a money pit . They will just take every single dime you have and someTrust me they won’t give your deposit backthey will in factcharge you for everything that was already there but you didn’t include it
