I’ve been going here since i was 18 so 2017. But never have i ever had the experience i had this last week. Jeff was amazingly sweet, understanding, kind, funny and really knew what he was actually talking about. Was very patient with me when trying to pick out a vape and going back and forth. I brought my parents with me because they had questions and he answered everything. Amazing customer service from him. Please ask for Jeff if y’all have any questions! He will get ya what ya need.

Very nice selection of products.
Perhaps the Best business of it's sort in San Marcos, Texas.
P.S. Don't buy their Cali Bars. Though their a $ 1.00, they may or may not function. No refunds. Customer's shouldn't be "forced" to buy a product that ( May ) work, contingent having to " test it out in the store first ".

I didn't catch her name but she girl who was working here and helped me out on 10/1/23 was phenomenal. She was very informative and sweet. Will definitely be back and recommend this place!

Edit: Not an associate. He was the manager!! I’ve also learned of a friend who went in for mod juice and was sold salt nic juice and assured it would work just as well and not warned of the risk of lung damage by using salt nic juice in a mod. Also by the manager. Poor management qualifications in my opinion. What shop deems someone so inexperienced as qualified for management. SMHWent in to look at mods as my old one was small and wanted something new. Associate assured me when I bought a large mod kit that everything I needed was in the kit I had paid extra for. When I left and got home to set up my new mod I noticed it needed batteries and I was not asked or offered any when I bought the device. Severely disappointed and will be sticking to my main smoke shop Holy Smokes. The one by Chicken express. I’d advise others to do the same.

Called about a leaking device. The lady on the phone saved me from my own stupidity, without making me feel stupid!! The store is really nice as well.
