Had an issue with my online order not getting delivered and the customer not being of any help. I called the store with my situation and spoke with Corey. I felt absolutely horrible having to explain this very long and drawn out situation to him. Corey was VERY understanding and listened to my every word. He offered some additional help and was so kind. I went into the store and met with Corey and his manager Ed (he was AWESOME). After it was all said and done Corey with the help of Ed were able to help with my very frustrating issue. The customer service representative that I had on the phone prior to speaking with Corey and Ed at the San Marcos store, could really take a lesson from these gentlemen. I almost cancelled my order and Conn's all together. But, Corey and Ed pulled me back in for the WIN! I AM Very VERY happy with my new purchase.
