Ripped off. Took my car for overspray correction and a total body buff and wax last month. The first red flag should've been him quoting $675 for a buff and polish on a two-door car. When I picked the vehicle up it was covered in dust from head to toe and I had to ask him to remove visible spots on the body and windows. Art is a deceivingly nice guy though and I trusted he did the work. unfortunately, I went to wash my car yesterday and my doubts were confirmed, the car had clearly never been buffed as there was still overspray on the car, and the back of the car was never touched. I met with him to see if he would make it right and he refused, saying he doesn't work for free. Admittingly when I went up to discuss this work with him the conversation became a little heated but he completely crossed the line when he threatened to slap me. I never use yelp, and I never leave reviews, this was unacceptable work and the follow-up customer service was just as appalling as the original work. Art will post pictures of my car that he decided to start taking as I left to try and prove his \\\"point\\\". He and I both know the work he promised was never done. I'm sure if you go to him for small projects you will be fine but I wouldn't recommend taking your car here for a full service.

Just had my 2017 Honda CRV detailed at Complete Detail. When Art finished, the engine compartment, inside, outside, wheels and tires appeared to be as clean and shiny as a new car. The quality of the service was 100% better than I expected or thought possible. I will never use another Detail company again.

Art did an amazing job. My car was left in bad shape after taking it to an auto repair place out of state. They left grease and dirt all over the floors and seats. It was very frustrating. Art restored the interior to look and feel brand new. He was professional, and kind, which is rare these days. Highly recommend.Services: Auto interior vacuuming

Absolutely fantastic! The seat material in Tacomas is horrible and holds so much dirt. I’ve spent hours time and time again trying to clean my own seats, but the gentleman at Complete Detail explained how the stains need to be chemically lifted. He did this for me, and my truck interior looks like it’s new. He did an amazing job ♥️Services: Auto detailing

Art is the BEST! Complete Detail completely detailed the inside of my car to new like conditions! I have a 2017 I don't do the best cleaning lady n the inside. But Art really made it brand new again! Thanks Art!

Very happy that we went w/ Complete Detail for service. Art did an awesome job. I bought a used Toyota echo for my mom. The previous owner had multiple dogs who went everywhere w/them. This car had accumulated excessive dog hair everywhere and it looked as if it had not been cleaned or vacuumed for years!!! I was highly impressed he got 99% of it off the seats, floor boards, door panels and trunk. The before pictures don’t show the excessive amount of dog hair caked on, but trust me it was there and gross.

I chose Complete Detail based on Google Reviews, especially those that mentioned pet odor/hair. I purchased a used car and on the drive home the dog smell hit me and it seemed to get stronger. I called up Art the next morning and he took my car right away. He has great attention to detail, excellent customer service and best of all got that smell out of the car! Will definitely bring my others cars here too at some point, without the dog hair/smell!Services: Auto detailing
