I used to love Cole Haan and I wore their shoes for many years. Recently I decided to refresh my shoe stock and was very disappointed in their chukka boots. It seems they cut a lot of corners as the models I tried had absolutely no ankle support at all, and the leather was as flimsy as paper. Other than their Grand or Zero Grand sneakers, which I love, I will not wear any other of their models.

Make sure you pay attention because they won’t tell you, and district manager has horrible customer service. You can not return or exchange new shoes even if you just need a half size up. Lol
But they won’t tell you it’s on your receipt in the back after you pay , you can read the fine print lol.

I had to exchange 2 pairs of shoes ? ? and couldn't find my receipt. Luckily, Madison was working today, and she went through my purchase history to find my receipt. She made the exchange process simple and was so kind. Thank ? you, Madison, for all of your help today, I greatly appreciate all you did for me!! SAFE TRAVELS TO ALL!!!

We came to exchange a gift today didn't realize it was close to closing time. One of the employees a young woman was professional and patient, while the other a young man with glasses was more or less concerned about getting off his shift. It was to a point he was trying to rush us out the store despite the store not actually being closed. Additionally, during the exchange process he made some inappropriate comments regarding my cards (just so happened to pull out the wrong one for the exchange). Regardless, the male employee was rude and it was clear he didn't care about his lack of customer service. I know its hard to find employees nowadays but maybe management shouldn't lower their standards to hire just anybody. Advise to spend your money elsewhere until some improvements are made.

The customer service is 5 stars. The staff is so friendly and genuine. I love going here to get my shoes. The prices are better than most department stores.
