They just fool me! When I buy the 2 watch’s form them and said what if they don’t like the watch’s they said it’s okay you can return them just make sure you bring the same card you used. And when I showed up today they said sorry we don’t do returns! Total price 1,096.04$

I called them Monday morning (Labor day) to find out if they had a watch in stock. They did. it was a watch for my husband and at a really good price. They offered to hold one in our name and we went up there and purchased the watch.We looked around the store, and I saw a watch I liked, but thought at the time nah Im good.I get home and just look the watch up to see how much it is and find its discontinued on Citizens watch site. Can't even get it any longer. At this point I am kicking myself for not purchasing while I was there. Husband says, "Call them and see how much it is."I call them and its at a great discount. But I don't want to drive back to San Marcos and Labor day sale ends. So I ask the guy half joking because I figure its gonna be a no, "Do ya'll take a card over the phone and ship?" He said, "Ya know I think we do, but I am new so let me ask for you!" He comes back a minute later and says, "yea we can totally do that." 10 minutes later he had taken payment information and assured me he would have it out the door the next time he saw the UPS man. And the shipping wasn't horrible either.That was Monday night. Today is Wednesday. and I already have the watch. :) I am a super happy girl. I never thought in a million years they would do it. But not only did they, they did it happily! Thank you so much! I really appreciate it.We love going here. They aren't pushy at all. Are super knowledgeable, and will let you try on and look at as many watches as you want.Wonderful experience! thank you!

My husband and I came here Saturday evening around 3 pm. This staff as well as the manager were horrible towards us. I don’t know if we “appeared” to look as if we couldn’t afford a $200 watch but the staff there appeared as if they didn’t want to help us at all. One blonde hair young man stood there and watched me look for help, avoided helping me and proceeded to help another couple who was not African American. When I finally asked for help, he was very sarcastic asking if I have ever heard of citizen watch and I laughed because I had one on. However I told him I actually wear Morano watches and just needed something for that night. His customer service and ignorance was horrible. I spoke to the manager and he appeared to not care at all and didn’t want to hear my complaint. If you are a person of color, just be mindful when you go in that store and expect to be judged. It’s really sad because you don’t know what someone has and honestly, I could pay them all of their salaries if I wanted to. Yet they are the ones to judge… do better
