My first choice to get my truck repaired was Chuck Nash. Customer service was wonderful. The employees knew exactly what to do as far as a rent car , drop off pick up. I hope I don’t get rear ended again , but if I do I will go back to Chuck Nash Collision!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I entrusted my car to this shop for minor bumper repair after it was backed into in July. The entire process turned into a nightmare. It took them a month to complete the work, and when we finally picked up the car, it was in worse condition than when I dropped it off.To start, there was paint overspray all over the hood, both lights, and the wheel, and nobody at the shop seemed to have noticed. The bumper, which was the main focus of the repair, had a shoddy paint job. It was evident that there was dirt on the bumper during painting, and instead of addressing it, they simply sprayed over it, resulting in a bumpy finish.When I brought up these issues, our representative, Anthony, was incredibly rude, condescending, and dismissive. It was only when my husband intervened that Anthony changed his tone, although he still defended their actions and refused to acknowledge any fault. We had to escalate the matter to the manager, Ginger Lopez, who, despite not being the collision manager, was filling in that day. She was understanding and committed to resolving the problems.However, the issues persisted. Despite agreeing to clean off the overspray, upon picking up the car, they had forgotten to address the overspray on one headlight and the wheel. Ginger assured me I could return in a few days to finalize the cleanup when they would also address the bumper finish.Several weeks later, Ginger informed me they were still waiting to hear back from the insurance for the bumper repairs, which should have been covered due to poor workmanship, not an insurance issue. Despite multiple attempts, I have been unable to reach Ginger to address the remaining issues with the wheel and headlight.This place is willing to deliver subpar work and exhibits extremely poor customer service. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, hoping for a positive resolution, but after four months of waiting, I feel compelled to share my experience as a warning to others. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this establishment. What should have been a simple repair turned into a prolonged headache.Services: Painting

Car was returned very clean. Paint job was excellent except one small spot I did not see when picked up that I think can easily be buffed out. I will take it back for that.Anthony was very good to keep me informed as to progress.Services: Painting

Anthony at the collision Center is very helpful and informative and will keep you updated as to when your vehicle will be ready to pick up. Their body shop does great work and will resolve any minor issues you have upon completion in order to make sure you are completely satisfied with the job they’ve done.Great collision repair!Also, Alvin Hicks at the service center is fantastic at handling your warranty or extended warranty needs and is very informative and will keep you updated on a regular basis. Updating my review accordingly.I picked up my vehicle Late September after dropping it off End of July. And ever since then it's been issue after issue. I advocated for my car to be repaired due to the current car market but honestly, at this point dealing with this body shop has been complete disappointment after disappointment.Ever since I have picked up my vehicle from the repair shop, my sensor lights continue to turn on as well as my check engine light. I've googled for hours what it could be, the light coming on when it's raining is common, not a huge deal. But none of the people state that the check engine light turns on or that their vehicle completely stalls after it does turn on.I've taken it back 4 times to get looked at, the last time I told them the car stalled and they assured me that it was the sensors and that it'd been fixed. A week after picking it up, my lights turn on all over again.I tell the body shop that I'm frustrated and that I expect my car to be repaired and either in the condition it was before, because it never had lights turn on or issues with the check engine light, or total out my car at this point if they can't figure out repairs. They said nope, you gotta figure it out yourself and if it's related to the accident we'll get it covered but if not, well good luck. If my vehicle never did any of the things it's doing now before my accident then it's safe to say that it probably directly relates to the accident.Don't trust their "guarantee/warranty" for their work. According to the manager, Brandon, they aren't professionals so they can't guarantee anything.This has been the most frustrating and regretful process I've ever found myself a part of. $12,000 later and they don't even care to address any of the issues that may relate to the work they did.A waste of my time, money and resources. Don't waste your time coming to Chuck Nash unless you are okay with not having your repairs guaranteed and have the possibility of the vehicle having further issues after a repair is completed.0/5 would be the best option for this place.Services: Steering & suspension repair

My vehicle was dropped off on 07/29/2023 for repairs through my insurance company. I was initially working with Scott and immediately knew this repair process would be horrible given the fact that a week after they had my car I called Scott for a status update and he had no idea any information about my car. Fast forward, Scott said insurance wasn't approving supplements and were needing additional evidence but that he'd try to have my car done before he went on vacation on 09/06/2023. I told him that'd be fine, my rental vehicle coverage expired the last week of August so a week without a vehicle wouldn't be too bad. That was not the case. There were additional repairs needed on my vehicle and to top it off, Scott was fired and 2 other people were in charge of my vehicle repairs. Melanie was initially very helpful and kept me updated but the promising of things were getting out of hand.Body shop was telling me that the repairs were approved by insurance, insurance states that they haven't approved anything and are still waiting for evidence. I call the body shop, Melanie is out of the office, and he tells me they are already putting the axle on but it's gonna be until mid this week that I'd get my car back.It's Tuesday. No one's called me. Insurance still states that they haven't received any of the evidence from the body shop and I'm now going on 3 months without a vehicle due to the negligence of the body shop. Mind you, this is my insurance' preferred body shop and they assured me my car would possibly be ready the first week of September. I understand delays happen but the amount of miscommunication, misunderstanding and misguidance is costing me time and money.Personally, if your insurance recommends this as a preferred dealership, I strongly recommend you reach out to local body shops even if they don't have a direct partnership with your insurance. Clearly it makes no difference and honestly I can almost guarantee that my car repairs would've been done by now had I of gone that route.My deductible has already been paid and at this point the body shop and insurance company are both pointing fingers at each other. I've been put through the ringer with this insurance company and body shop.I'm giving the place 2 stars, an extra star for the front office staff and for Brandon and I believe Anthony for being conscious of my frustrations with my vehicle and doing what they can.

I had my car fixed here through insurance and was working with Scott, my experience with him personally was good, although he could've been more proactive with updates, he was very nice and even had the shop fix some minor dents that were there prior which I greatly appreciated but my overall experience wasn't so great. My car was in there for a month and a half with a lot of random excuses and miscellaneous issues that caused even more delays. They never offered me a loaner car or to pay for a rental once my rental coverage ran out, even though the delays seemed to be at the fault of the body shop because not once was I told there were parts on back order or anything that was beyond their control.... I picked up my car with my headlight and blinker disconnected and also a $200 pocket knife stolen out of my center console by one of the employees. Not the best experience from what was supposed to be a highly recommended in-network shop with my insurance company.

The service man that attended was very nice! The mechanic that worked in my car didn't an excellent job changing the oil, tire rotation, and checking other items. I was very pleased with the work done.

Anthony was very professional. I was extremely impressed with his constant updates even with all the hiccups with the supply chain and insurance adjuster drama. All things considered, he would be the first call if we ever needed collision repair again.

Had to get some bodywork on my GMC Truck and decided to take it to Chuck Nash Collision Center in San Marcos, TX and I’m very pleased with the repairs. Anthony Diaz is the specialist that handled the repairs and he kept me updated while repairs were being done and I highly recommend his services. David Villaldo is the guy to go to he’s the best took care of my husband and I gave us great prices and the truck we wanted!My husband and son went before and another sales guy treated them poorly didn’t even pay them any attention or listen to what they were looking for he just wanted to give them a car like how we going to trade in a truck for a car.But David listened and finally got our dream truck
