They did a super job, repairing my suburban and color matching the paint. The job was done on time as promised the car and the car was returned to me washed and clean! I have used this shop multiple Times over the years, they have always done consistently great work!! I always recommend them to my friends !

Dropped off my vehicle and they had it for more than two weeks almost. Then I get my car back and have it for only one day before my battery dies. Apparently, they put a screw in a terminal causing the discharge.

I had a great experience with Chuck Nash and the repair of collision damage on my Chevy Silverado . Anthony Diaz Manager of Collision Dept was excellent. True to his word, kept me informed ! @Hertz car rental is in same building and they too were top notch! I rented car from them while pickup being repaired. Chuck
Nash and Hertz rental car are fortunate to have such wonderful employees!

Do not take a vehicle here for repair unless you are ok with not having it for at least a month and a half minimum. I gave them the benefit of the doubt after the first time took 3 months to figure out a transmission issue but we will never use this place again. The sign out front says "hiring technicians". They might want to actually look for a good technician.

Repair took way longer than was told, had to be re done several times before it was correct. Bad customer service, contact person would never return calls, or keep me informed of status. I was having to keep calling in order to get updates/status.
